I have made a purchase from Wellindal/ Konstilo in July 2020, the furniture I had ordered was never delivered and I asked for a refund. They kept saying that my refund was going to be sent and I still haven't received anything and the Customer Service is unresponsive.
Can someone help me to get the refund of the chair I had never acquired? I will never purchase without checking the reviews first.

Update: I have sent an email again to the email address they provided in the reply to my message however, I still have not received an email back. Still, there is no resolution.

Absolutely appalling. Sent the wrong items, we paid £90 to return them to Spain. All arrived safely in January but three months later still no refund. Emailing almost every other day, most times no reply, rest of the time we get fobbed of with pathetic excuses. Total thieves, they have their goods back and almost £400 of our money! Seeking legal advice.
Avoid at all costs!, total scammers.

A scam! No replies to emails, contact number no one answers. I sent several website forms and emails to their info email address nothing! I order in January and 4 months now and nothing was delivered. They have litterly stolen my money! Avoid! Avoid!

Do NOT order from this company. They are con artists. I wish I read truspilot before they stole my money. I bought a table for Christmas and they said it would be delayed. I waited. Then saw Trustpilot. I am still waiting my refund, no response to several emails. No other contact details. Where is watch dog when you need it.

I have send approx. 20 x emails to info@konstilo address with no clear response. There is no other contact details available!!

I ordered online from this company. The money was taken straight away and months later no response to emails. There is no phone number to call them on. I wish I had looked for reviews before buying

This company is terrible. Took my money and never received the order. Now not received a refund as promised. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering

never order anything from them. The money was immediately withdrawn from the card. And since then no email, no answer to phone calls !!!! Nothing!!! It's a thief! Nothing else! They must be penalized! It’s a fantome company

Several times I have sent you emails but never received any communication from your end.

No reply to any of my emails concerning an order I made in February. Does this company actually exist?

I ordered a cabinet on 23rd Feb, they debited my money the following day. I have yet to receive a confirmation email or any contact from them. When I attempt to track my order, I am prompted to click 'forgot password' option in order to access account. I have done this several times and received no email indicating how I can access an account to track order. I had screenshot the order confirmation at the time of ordering which mentions another merchant ONNSPORTS.ES. The only company I can locate with this name is an outdoor sporting company. Given the below reviews, I think this may be a scam website.

Update: I rang my bank (in Ireland) and they asked me to email them detailing the above and attach any photos of order or emails I had sent the company. They said they would investigate on my behalf. My money was refunded from ONNSPORTS within 1.5 weeks. Have yet to receive any communication from konstilo but at least I got my money back.

Like many, I should have checked Trustpilot before purchasing from Konstilo.com
Item in stock when I placed order, then suddenly out of stock. Automated replies to my query emails, so after one month I cancelled order on Feb. 3rd. Told I would be refunded in coming days. No refund yet.
Still getting same automated reply regarding refund.
Avoid Konstilo.com at all costs.

This issue has now been resolved. I received my refund today, 25th. Feb. Thank you.
I have never before had to wait this long for a refund. It normally takes from three to five days max.
The communication was very poor and uninformative and makes your service look very suspect.
You need to work on this if you want return customers.

One star is one too many for this company which is another name for welindal a Spanish registered company who will take your money and provide neither the products you paid for or a refund.

Hi,
I placed an order on 14th Jan, 2021. I received a confirmation email on 14th Jan and on 15th Jan I got a new email stating that the supplier informed them that my product is going to be delayed between 2 and 3 weeks. It is a shame to sell something that u dont have in stock without informing it.
My account was debited promptly. I requested to cancel the order and asked for my refund on 15th Jan, however I never got an answer as many people below.
Dont buy on this website.

I ordered a Christmas present for my mom. It came 3 days after I ordered it. There was no problem. It came quick, everything is fine and my mom loves it

Don't use site. Was previously wellindal. Co. UK. Who never fulfilled orders. Same company different name.

I ordered from Kinstilo.co.uk on 27th November 2020 and it was picked up on 3rd December from the Spanish company!!! So they told me. They gave me a tracking number for Redur shipping, but this order cannot be tracked as the number does not exist.
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered and realised that my product was coming from Spain.
I have sent many emails to this company but have had no reply.
Does anybody know how to get a refund ??

I placed an order on 6th December and did not receive a confirmation email. My account was debited, but I never received the product or any response to several emails sent to them. These people are crooks!
