Today we installed this CMS, purchased directly from the developer’s website, and the price was very reasonable. The software is surprisingly feature-rich and, especially considering what it costs, it offers pretty much everything we need to launch a video platform.
We actually enjoy digging into settings and customizing things, so the sheer number of available features is a big plus for us. When we tested the demo, one thing that was particularly important to us was the ability to import videos from YouTube while keeping the imported links non-clickable. This is a really clever solution because it means the user stays on our website instead of clicking through to YouTube.
It’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into making the platform both feature-rich and well designed. We hope everything will run smoothly and without any major issues once the platform is fully up and running.
Another important feature for us is the advertising system. We can add banner ads as well as advertising from services such as Google AdSense and VAST ads, which gives us plenty of flexibility.
Overall, the platform is very user-friendly and includes some interesting technical solutions, while the administration panel is also easy to navigate. Even with all the available options, an administrator should be able to find their way around it quite quickly.
We’ll definitely share another update once we’ve had a chance to see how the platform performs in real-world use. For now, though, our first impression is very positive.
