Ordered a Herman Miller Aeron

Ordered a Herman Miller Aeron. 2-day delivery but no process billing or confirmation. Due to not being home, I was not able to check if it had arrived, and with no confirmation or billing, I mistakenly contacted support.
Would be nice if they had some sort of indicator whether or not my order has taken place. Poor website, small bussiness, and no confirmation screams sketchy scammers. Unfortunate for otherwise good service, and excellent prices.
