Be warned UK - hidden costs lurking

Be warned UK. If you use a discount code and you want to exchange, they do not honour the discount - through the exchange and you have to pay the difference to full price. For UK returns, you are not allowed to return to new store, they charge you 15GBP to send back to Australia, or if you pick the no charges option (which literally has zero as charges on it) - you figure out that you have to send back under your own steam and expense. Very costly mistake ordering from this company. Terrible customer experience.
