Koolezt Reviews

They really went above and beyond communicating with me about the product and provided advice on proper placement, etc. You just don't find companies anymore that care about customers satisfaction. The item we ordered was just exactly as advertised, which is pretty hit and miss on products with AI enhancement. The product is very well made, and delivered very promptly. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

I ordered 2 different cat cutouts. They both came with no damage and great quality. My friend absolutely loved them.
Thanks

Ordering was easy and the item is BEAUTIFUL!! I love how it looks on the mailbox. Only wish it had lights that weren't plug in somehow. That would have made it even more special.

It's good quality and gorgeous.

It actually showed up a couple days earlier than it was suppose to. The cutouts of the puppies look just about exactly as the puppies we have. I looked at all the samples you had and I knew it would look good but it turned out better than I imagined. I got it for my girlfriend's birthday and she loves it. The puppies look so much like our real puppies she thought I sent yall pictures lol.

The address plaque design based on the photos of my dog is perfect! The team's designer was very accommodating and promptly worked on my requested customized image. Thank you!

The product is above and beyond amazing! It’s exactly as described and very reasonably priced. It is just the best thing I’ve ordered online and totally over the moon about it!

Thanks Koolezt!

Got as gift for a friend. She loved it! It came as advertised. Looked very good. Can't wait to see it on her house. The only issue, if you can call it that, was the shipping was slower than anticipated.

Excellent product, quality workmanship, clever design. Very surprised at the speed of delivery. Absolutely perfect gift for daughter's new first home. Ordering one for our home as well. I would give 10 stars if allowed!

Customizing and ordering the sign was easy and the sign is great! I have not put it up yet, so unsure on durability in the elements, but it looks beautiful and it feels very nice and sturdy.

Ordered May 20th as a gift for son in MA.
He has not seen it yet June 16, 2026.
When I call 302-464-6611 it does not ring right 3 times then it hangs up.

I purchased the address with cutouts of our dogs for my husband for Father’s Day. It came in the mail yesterday and it turned out beautiful. I absolutely love it and know he will too. Shipping was quite fast

I was so excited when they had Alaskan Klee Kai dogs for my first sign. I had wanted to add my Maine coon cats but there wasn't an illustration of them in their library. They added them for me and many other Maine Coon people and we just received our second sign. The quality and attention to detail was fantastic.

Got our Doggie display. Perfect for our house. Thank you.

I purchased an address sign with two dogs on it as a housewarming gift for my son.
He absolutely loves it. Great quality.

My experience is and will always be great full. I was blessed to receive my first piece of my dog on the house sign. Fantastic. I was blessed that you all were able to custom make me a family sign. Thank you for all your awesome work you do and provide for your customers! The quality was great.

I was not crazy about their communication, but the product was excellent! My mom really loved her address sign with the dog. Although I did try to contact them a day after I made the purchase to make a change because of a mistake I made, it was too late and I was stuck with the original purchase. So I had to go with what I heard originally ordered and now I have to order another one. Like I said, my mother enjoyed it which is all that counts. If I was to order from them again, I would do things much differently. I hope your order with them goes smoothly and you are happy with your results as well my mom is with hers.

Absolutely LOVE our new metal address sign showing our four furry critters. It is beautiful and now hangs right beside the front door. Will definitely use again.

Item arrived on time, very good communication every step of the way. Item was well packed. The quality is superb , great detail. Very pleased with my purchase. Highly recommended.

I love my house number sign with 2 beagles. Item was exactly as advertised. I am happy with the thickness. It was not flimsy. I may add stand off screws to mine but the hardware that it came with is sufficient. Very excited to get this hung up.!!

I do 3d model drafting with a sheetmetal company.. and we make signs also. The price on this looked good.. and the detail was impressive! Pleasantly surprised with a heavier gauge steel than I thought it would be. Wife loves her "Mothers Day" gift with our 5 kids on it..
