I purchased a silca pump over the phone for a christmas present which arrived on time. It had a lovely bag with it to keep it safe. I had bouhgt a pump from another comapny that didn't have a bag. I asked koolstof if I could buy a bag from them and they sent me one free. Thankyou very much
