Bad customerservice

I hope all of you get your ordered component, because the delivery is the only thing they did welll with me. Ordered iPhone 12 backglass and as they claim it are original parts, mine was not original at all.

Also when I want to return the component, customer support cannot be reach (yea a emailadres is mentioned, but when do you guys look at it, seriously? I am waiting for a long time already!)

So yea hope this states how unhappy I am with the service the company provided.
