App is very deceitful

App is very deceitful. Tech support for this app is almost non-existent and they blame that on their customers. This company also doesn't really have any form of customer support that will actually provide support but rather copy and paste results from a Salesforce or Zendesk. I would not at all recommend to my fellow college folks. I borrowed like $25 and ended up with a $60 loan because their app wouldn't let me update my card and all they kept saying in e-mails was to get a new card with no real help.
