Korean Buddies Go Above & Beyond
I have been using Korean Buddies for over a year, going on two. Their previous website was super easy to use and their customer service is what kept me as a loyal customer. Once Korean Buddies transitioned into their new website they really went above and beyond to guarantee any issues with the new opening were resolved and constantly letting us know they were working hard, that’s something that really stuck with me. Their customer service/communication continues to to be stellar. There are times I want to gatekeep and not tell people about Korean Buddies lol! But that’s not right being their fee is one of the best—they do not take advantage of their customers by up charging like I have seen other proxies do.
Korean Buddies really does go above and beyond for their customers and if a problem does come up (usually out of stock items) they already have a solution to help. I definitely recommend Korean Buddies!

I have been using Korean buddies for around 2 or more years now & have always been blown away by their service. they are incredibly helpful with any questions - no matter how silly you think they are! - and are quick to resolve any issues you may have. I use them for my personal shopping hauls & kpop group orders & honestly cannot praise them enough!

Out of all the proxies I’ve used in the past, KoreanBuddies has the strongest communication with their customers. Their service is top-notch and they can also help you enter video calls for your favorite k-pop groups! 100/10 :)

Our service does shine in such cases. But more often than not, purchasing the products and shipping them through us can be cheaper (even with our commission fee included)! You are most welcome to contact us about price comparisons if ever in doubt about what is cheaper for you! Not to mention, most Korean websites don't have good English-speaking staff, so having us handle the communication will be a stress relief for you as well.
