I made my order on the web page and was waiting for it. After 3 days (!!!) I got an autoreply that one of the items is out of stock and I can either change it or get a refund. I replied that the replacement is okay. And then silence. No email, no calls, and they did not try to contact me. I wrote on Instagram, I found their email (even 2), and even on Facebook. On Friday (today, 5 days later) I tried to call them 40 times, and no one picked up. Finally, the manager replied to me on Instagram, that they....WERE WAITING FOR MY RESPONSE, my response, which I gave them 1 hour after receiving their 1st message. So, do you realize - your customer made an order, your web page had a technical issue, and you are doing literally nothing to contact the person and solve this issue? All you are doing - waiting. I am so disappointed, I need my skincare. This is the worst customer service I ever met.
