Korg didn't want to know.
Bought amp that had faulty power button. Korg didn't want to know.
Beware. Now left with faulty amp.

I wouldn’t even give Korg a star!
They took £3000 from me in the begining of October whilst at a star studded display at the Music Museum in Kew, London.
Had nothing but excuses, no £3000 Korg Kronos 3 88 Key!
They supply the shops, Bonners have three! But no! Not Korg direct customers.
This corporation will be giving me a refund and with interest. It’ll be in the financial press. .
I’m sending back my multi poly back to Korg to get a refund just to prove how pissed off I am.
Back to Yamaha I go….!
Paid for next day delivery of a new digital piano. Item still hasn't arrived several days later and no explanation as to why. Customer service line doesn't answer and get no responses from email. Terrible service all round
Going downhill for spares orders. Used to be great when Grant was involved. Not sure if they've laid off people but service is nowhere near as good as it used to be. Korg UK needs to improve their aftersales support, no good having gear out of service due to their cut backs!
Terrible customer service, terrible website for good products.
Had problems registering my new Synth. The provided software for updating the synth firmware does not start after installation which makes it impossible to update the firmware needed to launch the librarian and control software for the synth. No help whatsoever.
Terrible service. Horrible websites. Horrible registrations. Making user register again and again to upgrade then forcing them to retrieve codes that are impossible to get. Everything is horrible. No email contact, no email support. It's actually better and easier to pirate Korg software than to buy it. Well done Korg.
I reached out to Korg UK as a loyal customer via their website.
I have been totally ignored!
Very poor UK support from Korg.
My address was not input by me correctly on the form, which meant my item would not have arrived.
A lovely astute lady from Korg called me and helped rectify the issue and I received my item today.
That is great customer service and matches Korgs product quality.
Happy me
Ordered a CI Air digital piano on 27th Feb, which subsequently arrived. Lovely piano but a while later noticed an issue with two keys. On 9th March sent Korg uk an email with video demonstrating sound issue. Jump forward to today, the 18th, nine days on and I'm still chasing their customer services who insist that they have to collect the faulty piano before they can provide a replacement. There is absolutely no customer focus whatsoever. Why should I be chasing them 9 days on to get this sorted. So so dissapointing. 72 hours since I last asked them when this would be happening and no response.
Korg technical support is APPALLING!!! Me being disappointed is an understatement. We were in a studio session and we switched off the Korg Kronos and when i switched it back on again, it had an error, [keybed, 19, please reinstall software], i called Korg for help and they told me someone would call back, that was 3 weeks ago now, i bought a new cd-drive to reinstall the 3 disks that come with the keyboard and that didnt change anything, just wasted 2 hours really. I then went online to look for help and turns out this [keybed,19] issue is a know issue in the new Kronos 88 keyboards and the only way to fix it is for Korg to do it as they have had this issue pop up on multiple of this same keyboard being reported, it is not something the disk will fix and its frustrating that although i live 25minutes from Korg yet they will not see you without an appointment, i drove to their Milton Keynes warehouse and was turned away as i had no appointment, funny that ... as i cant get one because Korg do not respond to emails, their telephone line doesnt get picked up and when they do they lie and say someone will call from technical support, they even sent me a request to review how they had done on a call i never recieved, oh and their warranty might as well be redundant at this point. I cant even believe i am being forced to give them one star on this review, there should be negative integer ratings for this type of bad customer care. Useless Korg, this keyboard cost upwards of £3000, show your customers some care and respect, i am a full time musician and this is causing me money, and problems all sorts of problems... I am really disappointed, PLEASE HELP, contact me at ASAP!!!

I am very happy with the assistance and all the help I have received from Korg. I have purchased a Korg pa5x76 this morning and I am over the moon with the quality of Korg's products, and their customer service. Highly recommended! Thank you, Korg!
We have a lot of Korg equipment albeit fairly old. Some weeks ago our 01/WFD Synthesizer power supply failed. We have been unable to source a complete replacement or the parts. Korg service centres do not want to know. It would help if they would respond to our emails!! Very few responded. They cannot support old equipment. Please be aware of this when purchasing any Korg products. They will leave you high and dry in years to come. Completely useless is an understatement. They do not directly support their products, rather, they use useless third party agents.
Here are the details. It's a Korg 01/WFD Synthesizer. Part failed is TA042P Filter / Choke. It located on KLM-1530B pcb.
Please be aware of this company's extremely poor after sales on their older equipment.
Bought a new Korg Nautilus keyboard and EXs12 sound library. I phoned and emailed Korg to get support because I had problems with loading the library. I received an email to say that they would get back to me, but they didn't. I also left my phone number for a return call, but after waiting for over a day, I have given up. Another example of a firm taking your money but giving nothing in return.
I ordered I vox mini guitar. Unfortunately the colour I wanted was only available as a refurnished item. The different in price from new and refurnished is only £14.00, so not really a huge difference and also just realise that you loose the extra 2 years warranty and the guitar bag. This was my first purchase from Vox distributed by Korg and I am very disappointed. One always learn.
Following my review above VOX got in touch with me and put things right . Which restored my faith for their organisation.
