The product is great. My son feels better. However the customer service is horrible! The keep sending when I asked them to stop. This is wrong. I am considering contacting an attorney. They won't stay in business with the way they treat customers. Anna Lorbach

Before I even used product, I was notified of a subscription order when I had not approved or signed up for a subscription. I went to their website, clicked on cancel, only there was not a link to cancel, only links to pause. Very frustrating. I contacted them. Have not heard back. In the meantime, an order for $79+ is processing.

FAKE RUBBISH WEBSITE
Order never arrived, tracking number never worked and no refund. FALSE MARKETING, FAKE WEBSITE.. DONT BUY

I was sent an email that an order was on its way- I did not place the order, and when I questioned it I was told it was a “subscription renewal”. I emailed to say that I did not order a renewal as I had not even opened the first item I had purchased!
Back and forth I was told that I could not get a refund!!
I would NEVER order from this company!!

customer service was stupendous, they were patient and professional and very friendly helpful at the same time

As so many others have reported, Koriderm appears to go to GREAT LENGTHS to cleverly obscure that you are signing up for a SUBSCRIPTION to receive their overpriced "average" products again and again and again.

Check out their site just to see how incredibly obscure it is.

Then, they send you an email that your product will ship soon and --- WOW-- If you tell them not to ship it, you don't want to continue-- they are so devious that they tell you it cannot be canceled once it's getting "ready to ship!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Really? A securely packaged, shrinkwrapped item can't be canceled? HA!
Then you explain you did not intend to have a subscription and they basically send a frustratingly pre-formed response about how it's our fault as we the customer are "always in control."
It's so manipulative and their whole process comes off as a disingenuous scam designed to get as many people to buy more than they wanted and keep at least one extra unwanted shipment when they're ready to cancel.
Then - you login to their site to cancel--and wow-- It's a PROCESS-- It's easier to cancel most porn sites than it is to cancel Koriderm!!!!

I just gave 4 stars because I’m only on my first week, so I haven’t seen much change although my face feels very soft. But I prefer to give a better opinion when 3 or 4 weeks have pass.

Have used my crème 4 days- it feels good but by the end of day, my skin is not as moist as I hoped. Will keep trying as I have two tubes!!

THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY! I placed one order to try the product and was unexpectedly enrolled in a monthly subscription without my knowledge or consent! And they’re refusing to refund my money! They’re also refusing to refund my original order even though they promise a 90-day return guarantee.

Can definitely see a difference already. It's been two weeks. Will definitely keep my subscription!

I really like this product, it goes on so smooth and is absorbed without being greasy. The results are great, my skin is not dry and works great on the fine lines. Definitely going to continue to use this product.

This simple cream does miracle. It’s the only cream I used at night, this is my 2nd week using it and I can tell in the morning when I wake up my skin feels fresh, clear and I see that my skin looks healthier.

Sorry to say this but I would t touch them with a barge pole. I bought two tubes as a one off but have now been charged an additional £60.84 I know not why. I cannot get hold of anyone. I fear this is a scam

The cream works well on my face.

Made one purchase. Koriderm have now robbed my card of more money saying I have subscribed when I have not. Koriderm are refusing to refund my card. I only found out about this when they sent an email saying they are getting my order ready. I emailed same day and they said they could not do anything. Terrible dishonest company. DO NOT TRUST Korider.

I'm very impressed after the first 10 days. The product has improved the overall texture of my skin and provides continuous hydration, without a greasy appearance. I'm looking forward to future results.

The cream has really softened my 88 yr old wrinkles. I don’t expect miracles but it really feels good and seems to have tightened my skin a bit
