The quality of the glasses was excellent. Got a few for some of my friends for Christmas, and they loved them.

Great products. I love the quality of their glassware and look forward to adding more of their items to my collection over time.

Very bad experience. They are so slow in preparing orders and shipment. They don't use fast couriers; they use the posts. Moreover, I paid so much for my order which was placed 4 weeks ago and did not receive it yet and all the answers I get are useless excuses and justifications for a very bad service. They always refer me to a tracking system which they admit is not regularly updated and which is showing that my order has never been shipped. Since they exceeded all my expectations of not receiving my order, I have asked for a refund which they refused in a very arrogant way.

Love to drink my single malt Yamazaki from beautiful glass received from Kori Whiskey. Purchase very easy, delivery service from Japan to my country was perfect, so everything is fine. Give all my raccomandations to Kori Whiskey and their products.

I never got a response back and contact you several times about my issue. Lot of money for no effort from your company. I haven’t received my order yet, the last email I got was saying it might take longer than usual due to the holiday season, I placed the order at the beginning of December , I was provided with a tracking number but the first couple time the website wasn’t working or reading my tracking number; I waited and waited….; till the end of December I decided to try again and it worked the team king number this time said that my order was delivered (I’m attaching the screenshot below) they dropped at the office reception, (when it should be delivered on the mail box, my apartments have automated mail lockers, I have to add that I never got any notification when was supposed to be delivered.
Went to the lease office and they never received it. I sent an email to proceed with the investigation and never got a response either.. still waiting.

I am quite the "Whisky Snob" and I'm VERY PARTICULAR about my glassware. When I saw the Kori glassware. I just had to try a pair of the Hanyu design!

I was blown away from the amazing quality, craftsmanship and care of packing!

In ACTUAL USE, they didn't disappoint me! The feel was perfect and the way I was able to see the color and viscosity of my Whisky was perfect! As for nosing, the wide top allowed for the high alcohol esters to evaporate leaving just the important essences to pull out.

I WILL be getting more!

The Kin - Japanese Gold Foil Glass, makes sipping sake, liqueur, fine vodka or special whiskey a calming festivity. The small glass reflects handsomely even in low light. Civilized enjoyment.

Excellent collection for the sophisticated people!!

So, these are extremely thin and cheap. Now, does it look like the picture... Kinda. In the picture the lighting is very good. Don't even think on "clinking" the glasses, as in a cheers. I was hoping for so much better quality for the price. These glasses are worth $3.50 USD. Tops. They got me. Ha ha

This whisky glass is stunning. I bought them as gifts and they made a great impression. Kori is easy to deal with and delivers what they advise. I would order from them again.

Great and easy to use website, I was able to find what I was looking for easily, pictures and videos made it easy to pick my items, the quality of the product is amazing. Shipping took a little long to get to the US but overall a great experience

Love the smoothness of their whiskey

I love my glasses and have received compliments on them. The feel great in the hand and don’t feel cheaply made. The soft coasters are also a great little addition. I bought some of the wood coasters and those could maybe be a bit thinner, but still quite nice. Will buy more again.

Good quality

I recently took a trip to Japan and wanted a nice glass to send to a friend of mine for his 60th birthday. He said it's an excellent glass, sent a few pictures of it in use. The ease of ordering, the tracking for delivery was great.
