The 3 out of the 4 glasses were shattered when the case was opened.

For what you pay the product is not worth it, yes it’s made of glass, but the quality and what you actually get for your money is not what the website eludes to.

I get the impression I was lucky to even receive this order judging by the other reviews.

I’d say shop elsewhere and put some more money towards it

Advertised as Japanese handcrafted glasses and received cheap Chinese manufactured ones.
Not worth a penny and the company does not respond to any emails.

Total scam, avoid at all cost

These glasses are incredible. Such high quality and so artistic/innovative. I love them.

Got a set that had a glass, ice stones, coasters, and a fragrance glass as a gift for a friend who’s really into whiskey. He loved it. I Believe I got the Edo glass. He had other glasses but none like that one. I think the glass looks really good and functions well and the friend it was gifted to seemed to think so as well. He has only used it once since he just got it but we have no indication or reason to believe this glass isn’t excellent quality. If you or someone you know is really into whiskey and want something very nice to enjoy a drink I highly recommend Kori whiskey glasses and think they look amazing.

This website looks very professional and markets itself extremely well, but my experience has been deeply disappointing.

I paid in full on 30 November 2025, and nothing has been delivered to date. There has been no reliable delivery timeline, and the courier they use is completely unreliable.

Based on my experience, this purchase felt indistinguishable from a scam money taken upfront with no delivery and no accountability.

I would strongly advise to not buy from this website until they can prove they are able to deliver paid orders reliably.

Received late as a Christmas present for my husband and when used for the first time..it has a hole in it! So whiskey spilt out straight away I can send pictures if required. No customer service number that I can find to contact. Very disappointed

Delivery was two weeks late/ past the date I was told in ordering. Product was not how it appeared on screen. I basically paid almost £40 for what looks and feels more like a tea light holder! Your refund policy is a total waste of time an insult

These glasses are not special nor are they hand made. There are visible seams running down the sides. The website does not indicate that they ship from China which takes a significant amount of time. They have a beautiful website aimed at making you believe you are buying a quality handmade piece of art. This is not the case. Let the buyer beware.

Kori whiskey glasses are beautiful. I got them as a gift for my partner and he loves them! Kori whiskey was easy to order from online. I appreciated the updates for the delivery. I ordered to UK/Ireland and it came with not a scratch. It took a couple of weeks to deliver which is understandable as the glasses were travelling from far away and were clearly carefully handled. Thank you so much ☺️

I purchased glasses from Kori that were not at all as described. They are smaller than in the images and not even the same thickness or texture. The ones in the images appear to be fine and have a crinkly texture on the entire surface of the glass as well as being wavy all over. The ones received were thick and clunky. Very cheap quality. I'm super disappointed. Then I followwed the instructions to initiate a return only to b told I had to ship them back to China at my own expense. (This is more than double the value of the items!) They offered me a 20% refund immediately without having to ship it back. This is a TOTAL scam. They should be ashamed.

The glasses were nice and arrived in time. One had a box and the other was wrapped in bubble wrap which I do not understand! There isn’t even an option to order an extra box. I complained and was told it was in the descriptions of the glasses as to which had boxes and which didn’t, I couldn’t see it. It was too near Christmas to try and find a gift box. It just made it look like a very cheap gift in bubble wrap. Which as we know they are not cheap.

Both recipients love their glasses, perfect for their Japanese Single Malt.

I ordered a whisky glass on the 16th Dec for my husband for Christmas - it still hasn't arrived. I've sent 3 emails but no replies, just lots of adverts. Judging by other people's comments about the quality, it's all been a waste of time. I will be getting hubby a new glass from the UK. Shameful company.

The shape of the glass is beautiful, but it's not as thick and heavy quality as I got impression from the photos. If I saw it in real, I wouldn't pay 76 euro, it has a "cheap" vibe. Also the promised free stones were not added to the order. I complained to customer service, but got no response so far. Also delivery was very slow, 3 weeks and arrived on New Year's eve when I was out of the city on vacation. The carrier claimed that it is delivered, but I had to wonder to whom and patiently wait until I came back, as customer service didn't respond. It appeared to be just left in common space near the post boxes, and it's lucky nobody stolen it. I wouldn't recommend to buy, too much stress and disappointment

I ordered a pair of The Japanese Gold whisky glasses. They took nearly a month to arrive. When they arrived they were packed in polystyrene not in a wooden presentation box as described. They are so tiny my thumb won’t fit inside. No one in their right mind could use one to drink from. They were also dispatched from China so obviously not Japanese. Not worth the money. Don’t buy.

These are Temu products with clever sales marketing.
What you receive will take ages from China. It will arrive damaged.
If you reach out to customer service, please don't hold your breath for a really.

I bought a whiskey glass for my son in law as a Christmas present and we were both delighted with it, it was definitely a five star from us both.

Delivered quickly. Lovely glasses as expected. However was disappointed they were not in a box as it’s a present. Now I’ve got to spend time looking for a suitable box. For the price I would have expected a box. Otherwise great.
