I wonder whether this company is even genuine?!

I ordered cork underlay from a company with the website address fellos24 dot gr - so, apparently in Greece, where I am. However, all my correspondence has come from a company calling itself by this name, kork dot pl, located in Poland.

They advertise delivery within 4 to 5 days, but four weeks later I still have not received my order. Apparently it made it as far as the local courier, but was sent back. The company sends me irrelevant emails, repeating things I have told them, but will not tell me whether they will arrange re-delivery or refund. I can only assume this is just some kind of brokerage service or shell company.
