A little late but great
After my order didn’t arrive on time, I reached out to the koroki team and the told me my order was lost but the were quick to send a replacement with 1st call postage and I got my order in time for my fiancé’s birthday. And the quality of the pins were very good and overall I am very happy with my order and experience.

Lovely service
Very nice service, I ordered a pin and a diy embroidery kit, both arrived safely. I was worried that the pin might get lost in the post, but it did arrive after about a month, it probably took this long because I'm in Germany. I even received a lovely hand-written note which is super cute :) Would order again!

Lovely pins
Lovely pins, some were out of stock when I ordered but the customer services team got in touch to let me know and give me options and kept in constant contact throughout. Even got a surprise extra pin from them!

Friendly and of great quality
I accidentally put the wrong delivery address which I no longer had access to. The Koroki Team was patient and friendly - and resolved the problem instantly. The product is of superior quality, none of those cheap pins - super excited and glad I decided to buy them, super cool!
