I've been trading with kortana since March, Since last week, The trades I took on my MT5 hasn't gotten updated on the dashboard. and Yesterday (23rd July 2024), I was auto logged out of my MT5, when i try to log in, It doesn't get logged in as if there is no server or something. Then When I try to look into my dashboard, the dashboard page's DNS couldn't be found. They have also removed the dashboard login URL from the button leading to the dashboard. So this concludes that dashboard being down isn't a mistake. Idk if they're doing a technical update or they've gone completely. I'm skeptical about their authenticity. One advice: Don't chase these new HFT propfirms or the new cool ones with discounts, stick to the OG propfirm FTMO

Now they deactivated my logins to not have to respond to my refund!!! I dont care, I will post daily to lower their confidence score to ZERO!

Everything was smooth until i requested a payout, but i didnt understood the rule of 33% correctly, they rejected my payout and i was ok with ot, rules are rules. But then suddenly i see that my account got breached, there was no trades, and breached by the amount i was requested for payout. I wrote them and explained, they said that my account will be restored, 2 weeks later kortana annonces that they stopped trading. They didnt even managed to restore my account in 2 weeks and then just closed.

Been over 3 weeks since payout submitted and have still not heard back from them. Not responding to any contact attempt or emails. After reading through some reviews it seems like others are experiencing same issues. They are just cold ignoring everyone and keeping the money, no doubt they have pulled some sort of exit scam.

I should start charging this stupid company for every person who writes to my FB Messenger looking for answers. For example: Did Kortana pay you your withdrawal? / Do you know what happened to their trading platform? Did they cancel your account?
I will answer everyone here... No, they don't pay... I don't know about them and their tricks with their platforms... they will cancel your account and give you a different excuse every time. I tell you... the penultimate time they canceled it for multiple IPs and I bought another one from them again and used a VPS to operate with only one IP and guess what... they canceled it because my IP (PRIVATE) was shared by multiple accounts. I hope I have answered all your doubts and questions to EVERYONE, have a good night.

Les contestare a todos aqui... No, no pagan... tampoco se de ellos y sus trucos con sus plataformas... te cancelaran la cuenta y te daran una escusa diferente cada vez. Les cuento... la penuntima vez me la cancelaron por multiples IP y les volvi a comprar otra y use un VPS para operar con solo un IP y adivinen... me la cancelaron porque mi IP (PRIVADO) lo compartian multiples cuentas. Espero haberles contestado todas sus dudas y preguntas a TODOS, que tengan buenas noches.

These clowns keep getting suspended and they will find any reason to refuse a payout. Do not waste your time with them.

They are not paying payouts not even replying mails and support doest work at all. They are fraud dont waste your money and time with them.

No update in dashboard contacted the support many times but no response

WORST PROPFIRM EVER! No contact support at all, no where they replie. Dashboard not refreshing. And now to top it off, my account doesnt work anymore in MT5 while in a profit trade.

Kortana me estafó, no me pagó en dos ciclos de trading un total de 7K USD. Cumplí absolutamente todas las reglas. Ellos se inventaron que mi IP estaba asociada a otras cuentas, cosa que es falso, luego dijeron que yo hice copy trading, también es falso. No supieron que inventar para no pagar. NO CONFIEN EN ESTA EMPRESA, ALEJENSE DE ELLA PORQUE NO PAGA A LOS TRADERS RENTABLES. Cuando me dí cuenta que esta era una ESTAFA, para el segundo ciclo grabé en videos todos mis trades y les mostré la carpeta de login de MT5 donde aparece la hora en que uno se conecta a la cuenta y desde qué computador uno hace esto, también grabé cuando yo iba a liquidar algunas operaciones, y en total envié al departamento de compliance 19 videos con todas las pruebas de que yo fui el único que operé mi cuenta desde un solo computador y una sola dirección IP. Ellos no supieron que decir y se invetaron que yo hice copy trading. De verdad que son muy descarados y así son los estafadores. Yo les pedí pruebas de lo que me dijeron y nunca me las suministraron. Y esto fue porque yo los acorralé y yo si puse mis pruebas. ESTA EMPRESA ES LO PEOR QUE SE ME HA PRESENTADO EN LA VIDA. El fundador de esta empresa se llama JARED ESGUERRA, aparece en Instagram como @jarede. Ayudemos a desenmascarar a estos delincuentes ladrones y estafadores. Cuando estos criminales se dieron cuenta que yo siempre ganaba todos los meses y que ya no podían tener a un trader como yo, me cerraron la cuenta.

Kortana scammed me, he didn't pay me a total of 7K USD in two trading cycles. I followed absolutely all the rules. They invented that my IP was associated with other accounts, which is false, then they said that I did copy trading, which is also false. They didn't know what to invent to avoid paying. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, STAY AWAY FROM IT BECAUSE IT DOES NOT PAY PROFITABLE TRADERS. When I realized that this was a SCAM, for the second cycle I recorded all my trades in videos and showed them the MT5 login folder where the time appears when one connects to the account and from which computer one does this, too. I recorded when I was going to settle some operations, and in total I sent the compliance department 19 videos with all the evidence that I was the only one who operated my account from a single computer and a single IP address. They didn't know what to say and invented that I did copy trading. They really are very shameless and that's how scammers are. I asked them for proof of what they told me and they never provided it to me. And this was because I cornered them and I did put my evidence. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME IN MY LIFE. The founder of this company is called JARED ESGUERRA, he appears on Instagram as @jarede. Let's help unmask these criminals, thieves and scammers. When these criminals realized that I always won every month and that they could no longer have a trader like me, they closed my account.

Poor - you message the customer service team. Don’t hear anything back, requested a payout over a week ago. Says on the site 24/72 hours. Stay clear I was you.

i have submitted my payout 10 days before still it is in pending and there is no live support team to contact this issue and i have mailed there support team many times still there is no response from anyone ....

so i wish they will solve my isuue and approve or reject my request it doesnt matter ...

A week of waiting for response to a payout and numerous attempts to get in contact via their live chat and nothing. Because I’ve a submitted payout I can’t even trade as my mt5 account showing invalid. Feel like it’s been time and money wasted to not even get first payout. Was skeptical about the bad reviews but they make sense now,don’t waste your time and money people.

These guys are crooks. One week ago I paid with crypto the biggest challenge, $200k. The credentials should arrive in 3 hours, never got them... I wrote them emails to 3 different addresses, DM on Instagram, and no news about my money.

My account is 3179$ in profit but the account dashboard on the site says 700$, and my trades aren’t shown either, I contacted them multiple times and no one replies.

Plus the rules are out of this world, they try everything to reject your withdraw.

Anddd againnn problems with requesting pay-out, and this is the 4th time IN A ROW.

My balance on kortana dashboard didn’t update to the current balance. I wanted to contact support but support became a bot that doesn’t work at all and you only can choose out of a couple pre-made questions.

I have send mails to around 6 mails about my problems since last week monday, also sending messages on instagram has also been disabled.

What is happening!!!!!

JUST FIX YOUR SUPPORT AND 90% OF ALL PROBLEMS ON KORTANA IS FIXED BUT YOU ARE MAKING IT WORSE BY THE DAY!

Just when I thought they are back with new broker, It has been suspended from MT5, 'ESRO capital' license has been terminated by MetaQuotes. Not sure if they'll come up with some alternative, Issues arising again and again indicates that they do not have a good intent.
