Customer service
Customer service - first order I made there was an issue with the seem on the trousers I had purchased, contacted Kortside to request a replacement and this was done with speed with the replacement being received within a 24 hour period which was amazing for me as I requested to have the item before my upcoming birthday at the time, I also recently ordered another T-shirt in the incorrect size and quickly emailed after realising my mistake which was rectified within an hour of my second email to Kortside customer services.
Overall very good service and great clothing.

Firstly the tracksuit quality is amazing. I made a mistake on the address when ordering and they changed it for me straight away when I contacted them.response was very quick.

As a tall guy with longer arms than usual, the length of the red hoodie I bought was perfect, I’m 73 inches from shoulder to wrist and a large was perfect. Shout out to those who cater to us
