Great customer service, waiting to see how well the bot performs
I purchased the software at the end of last year, My returns were not as high as expected(20% based on there marketing). It was making steady returns until the tariff announcement, which gave my account its first drawdown. Five weeks into my Korvato…
I am five weeks into my Korvato experience and it has been excellent. I just crossed over 7% growth (6.15 in first month). This is pretty remarkable because at one point the market had dropped 6%. Mark Berisha who leads Korvato’s national sales team is a straight shooter and very honest. I have not had a down day - I am sure I will at some point. Absolute nightmare!!!!
I’m not sure what’s they have going on. I’ve had the software for over a week and it’s only traded for 3 days.
I keep getting bs excuses as to why the software isn’t trading.
When it was trading it was only during extremely early morning (0100-0400). They have a “news event” every day, so the bot doesn’t trade for 4 hrs every time one of these events happens. They set me up with a VPS that had tons of error codes at first launch. The error codes were fixed by the VPS company, but now I need to change servers bc the server they set me up with has a very slow response time that effects the trades.
It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with ANYONE. The account manager won’t call back or answer texts.
The tech support will not answer either.
PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

I want to give a huge shout out to the Team at Korvato. My knowledge of this space was very limited but the more I researched the more I became intrigued.
I have been with Korvato for 4 months now and have been very happy with my results to the point that I will add to my fund by the end of the month. Even on conservative settings you will get a very nice return and be able to sleep at night!

My Personal Experience with the Company:
I invested my money after receiving information about the system's stability, exposure levels, and risk factors.
Unfortunately, I experienced significant losses on two separate occasions within a month.
I was informed that the maximum risk level would be 30% of the total capital, but both instances led to losses that were significantly higher.
During the periods when I experienced significant losses, the company’s master account, as presented on FX Blue, did not appear to incur similar losses.
After the second loss, I was notified that a senior analyst from the company had made an internal change to the risk levels without approval, which contributed to my losses.
When I attempted to contact one of the managers of the company, they were not willing to engage in dialogue, and I was told to communicate exclusively through a company representative rather than directly with him,
Then my representative contacted them, tried to have a conversation, and recoup my excess losses, they refused to accept accountability and denied any personal connection to the company through their attornies.
They reached out after this review claiming they never had me as a customer on their records, despite email correspondences going back nearly 6 months that include initiation of contact with the company and their official email.
And this is my experience with them unfortunately.

After the initial review , it turned bad lost a lot of money. They kept dragging out my refund period. Now after more than a year they just quit answering me and refuse to refund my money. They also try to say they refunded my money to some guy that was not me.
