We order our meat and food for the feasts there and are really happy with the service.

We were staying in France. We made our order on Monday. The website says it will be packed for delivery the next day, but in fact it was prepared on Wednesday/Thursday.

It only actually arrived the following Monday. This was pretty useless as much of what we ordered was for Shabbos. Moreover, the milk we ordered arrived spoilt, so we had to the throw it away, and the challah was stale and other things were missing.

No reply from customer care until a couple of weeks later, who then informed us they were not responsible as by ordering you agree that they don't guarantee perishable goods and the delay in delivery was outside their control as it was sent via UPS.

So basically they don't undertake to supply the goods in useable condition or at any particular time (despite adding an extra charge for perishables). They are not returning any money.

I bought 12 bars of Schmerling's 72% kosher l'pesach chocolate.

10 out of the 12 bars (at €3.63/bar) were past their sales dates!!! I was sold old goods that should NOT have been sold at all!

When I wrote to the owner, Ari Mandel of Kosher4U, I received the reply, 'We will deal with complaints when the holidays are over.'

I'm not sure what holidays are being referred to here. But it was a sidestep of real class, about selling me old goods at full price!

order many time from them till I was feed up they way the pack and charge every time I order 3 time only there was item smash in the poor packing box the shipping cost is supper high not nice company very rude
be very careful when you order from them you will for sure get issue there is much better Kosher company in France that pack well and have better price

Kosher4u is a great place for getting your wine and whiskey, as well as your groceries. Very decently priced, well stocked and super friendly and helpful service.
Before ordering online with delivery, it is important to read the store’s policy about their responsibility and guarantee of intact and timely delivery, especially when it involves perishable or delicate items.

First of all, I was quite happy with the fast delivery. Most of the food was still frozen.
The problem with this shop appeared some time later, when I found out that one of the products - the chicken wings were spoiled. The strong foul putrid smell filled my kitchen the moment I opened the wrapping. While the content was still frozen.
That was strange and I wanted to clarify the circumstance with kosher4u. So I wrote kindly a question to the support how this could happen. Still under the positive impression after the fast delivery and mostly tasty other products.
Yet the response from them shocked me. They obviously didn't care about my ugly experience, they didn't care to explain how this happened and whether this is an exception or a general case. The only thing they cared about was to tell me that they don't give refunds. Honestly I didn't care about the refunds, I didn't ask for refunds, I just wanted to be sure I won't get a spoiled product from them in the future.
So I wrote to them again. Explaining that if a frozen product arrives spoiled, it was spoiled before shipping. It had nothing to do with the travel time. So, I wanted to understand how comes that they have spoiled meat in their warehouse and whether I can rely upon never getting a similar experience.
I received no answer.
So, my disappointment with the shop is endless and I would not recommend to order there. Ever.

Dont order from Kosher4U!
I’ve ordered kiddish wine and cakes for my daughter’s bat mitzvah in the synagogue in CPH, and when I received the parcel there are no cakes!! AND I have paid for them!
What’s even worse is that there’s NO WAY you can get to talk to anyone about the missing cakes, as no one answers the phone - during opening hours - and no one replies to emails!
Now I have a Bat Mitzvah in 8 days and no cakes!

We have ordered from their online webshops two times both 2 weeks before pesach both times the orders were wrong and one week to late, even though they told us it would be no problem. The worst is they are closed before pesach with no one to speak to so no one can tell what happened and will happen. Bad service overall will never use it again.

I decided to quit as Kosher4u customer, recently they sent me a broken package without any refund.
The parcel was returned back by their courier (UPS) (before its arrival at destination), due to the broken bottles that damaged the entire package.
They have resent me the same one with 2 broken bottles inside. They refused to refund me any amount, since they consider are not responsable for the conditions of the package at the arrival. What is very unusual within e-commerce good practice. Furthermore, it has been dangerous to open the shattered box with pieces of glass inside. They declared that resend again the parcel has to be considered as a favour. Immagine, something I paid and never received.

Great place to order food. Highly recommended.

Order shipped after 1. 5 weeks. Some foods were spoiled. Not enough ice in the package. Little stock. Credit money on your account, no return to bank account. Rude customer service. They have the monopoly on shipping kosher foods in Europe, so that's why they have so much leverage.

Shipment improperly packaged, goods were damaged, but these were not credited to the shopping account, very harsh and unfriendly customer service regarding this incident, seems they do not care about it, even though I could prove with photos, answer: we don’t take it back, throw it away or do whatever you feel fit to do with it. Was a satisfied customer for years but am very disappointed now 🙁

Very happy with this store. I bought items here many times.

They have a big selection of israeli items and have fast delivery. (to Denmark)

Sometimes items missing but they have a fast respons to my mails and return the money. Good communication.

The only critic is that items seems to be in stock at website but can be out of stock after the order. I hope this will be more accurate in the future.

But overall a good experience. And the possibilty to order frozen items and items for the fridge is very nice. It cost but when you get cold israeli humus it's all good :)
