Saw the ad from facebook, they offer a discounted price so I ordered one, paid thr item and excitedly waiting for the delivery update to send to me, but then after 2 days i received an email sayong that i cancelled my order!!! I was like what??? I didnt cancelled it. Tried to call the number but it just kept on ringing. Scammmm!!!!!

Absolute rubbish, bought two pairs of shoes at discounted prices from Italy, it shouldn’t be taxed for import, but they listed themselves as an “Indonesian store” to get me heavily taxed, the shoes were £120 and I got taxed for £60, I asked them about it and the customer service gave me an attitude saying “ you should know what ur Brexit country has done, you got a discount for these shoes so get over it and pay up”, even made a clear statement saying they wouldn’t give me a refund if the shoes were returned to them, such a daylight robbery by these barbarians, at the end I paid DHL £60+ to get these shoes I waited 2 MONTHS for, and after almost half a year and lots of efforts the uk government refunded my tax, but it’s only £20 of the £60, the rest is held by dhl and nothing they can do, but yeah I should never have been taxed they told me, it’s all by the vile revenge by this vile company

Trash company, don’t recommend.

Fast shipping, but shipping prices to Japan are little high. Using dhl is ok but they usually charge for delivery even for a hoodie.

Absolutely amazing, shoes arrived in 3 days! Never had delivery this fast, and they also included some Haribo candies in the box, which was an amazing gesture :)

I also asked a customer service question and their response was rapid. Just an amazing store, definitely recommended!
