Unreliable shop; not interested in customer service; communication doesn't exist
If I could give this company O stars I would happily do so.
Not mentioned here is that this company is also selling rubber stamps and stamp machines etc. via their website Stemple-automaty.com.
I purchased from them a Metal date stamp from the brand name "Wagraf". Unfortunately, they sent me a totally different item. I tried several times to contact them but they refused to respond. As a result I had to file a claim via Paypall to get my money and shipping costs refunded. As I expected they responded immediately to PayPal and promised to refund me for the stamp and shipping costs as soon as they would have received back the wrongly sent item. The refused, however, to pay for the return shipping fee. As it was their fault that I had to return the wrong item, they should have paid for these return shipping costs. I contacted them several times afterwards. Of course, cowardly as they are, they don't respond directly to me. Judging by the promptness of responding to PayPal and not communicating with their customers at all, this company clearly doesn't care anything about customer service. Probably they also never heard of basic politeness, common decency or any level of honesty and justice for their customers; they are evidently only concerned about themselves and their credibility towards PayPal (as they couldn't respond quickly enough when confronted with a claim via PayPal). I despise this kind of behaviour. I wouldn't recommend this company.
