DO NOT BUY! Items that came was damaged, returning has proved impossible with constant messaging of customer support on social media and WhatsApp. They said they would provide partial refund months ago and I've had to chase them as it still hasn't arrived. The worst customer service I've ever had to deal with.
I am extremely disappointment with the kurta i received, as well as the customer support regarding my issue. Unfortunately, I cannot upload photos here, but I received this product with bright yellow stains on the sleeve. In other spots, there were brown stains. The pants also had stains throughout, as if it was already worn. I immediately reached out to Kota Silk via whatsapp on the same day the outfit was delivered and the following day they said they would reach out to their vendor for a possible fix. I never heard back and eventually emailed customer support as well, but no reply to this date. After about 9 days, I finally got a message on whatsapp saying the stains are just chalk used by the tailor and they will give me a partial refund. I asked to return the product for a full refund, and still have not heard back. This was a complete waste for me, as i cannot wear this outfit with these stains. I paid extra for express shipping, which I am pretty sure I will not get the money back for, and I asked for a return label and my message was ignored. I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone.
They sent an item that wasn't as described and was totally unusable. I wasn't able to return it as they didn't respond when I contacted them.
