What they do well:
- Sourcing deals - this is what we hired them for! And it was great to get deals from the very start and have support along the way understanding various markets, properties, etc.

- Great, responsive team (shoutout Marron and Angel) that is keeping me updated, moving things forward, and supporting when needed

- End to end property investing management: Connected us to BTL company setup partner (GetGround); broker; solicitor; surveyors, etc. and supported along the way.

All of this would have been extremely time-consuming and very very difficult to arrange from my base in London, so it's very much worth the fee, especially as a first-time buyer.

This is my first purchase with Kove. I dealt with Marron at the beginning of my purchase. Marron was always readily available to ask any questions and explain everything to me. Also always replied very quickly. Cant complain
