Kove are great. Dan is a genuine, down-to-earth guy who takes the time to personally chat with you in regard to what you want to achieve in property. He outlines your options and offers advice on which strategy is right for you, and how Kove can help. No pressure or hard sell.

Importantly, they know their stuff with property and know every aspect of it inside out so you know you're in safe (and trusted) hands.

Once onboard, I had a direct line to the team via WhatsApp where they would share all info and I could ask any questions.

I saw one of Dan’s videos on instagram and i had recently come into some money so the timing was perfect. Everything was simplified and on the phone which was ideal for me being so busy. I was helped and guided with the strategy and I have now just completed on a serviced accommodation property in Sunderland. Looking forward to the refurbishment.

I was restricted and then blocked by Dan Duffield of Kove Properties on Instagram. Why? Because I pointed out his misleading statement on his post, that banks only give 1% interest.

As Martin Lewis of MoneySavingExpert.com has said, you can put money in the bank and it will outgrow the rate of inflation. Some banks offer over 7% a year. Dan was therefore wrong to misrepresent this fact and mislead his followers.

I sent a direct message, asking why my comments were not being shown under the post. I said that I'd have to take more formal action and Dan responded to this by blocking me. How unprofessional.

Further, Dan did not reveal that he had restricted my profile, so no one except me and him would actually see my comments on his posts. Instagram kindly pointed that out to me.

It's a shame that we have these characters operating in the property space; be very careful, take note of all the five star reviews from people who've never written a review before and do your homework before buying through Kove.

The whole team at Kove have been very accommodating.
We had a couple of issues with the vendor but Kove were quick to act and resolve.
Completed now - went slightly over but that’s not their fault.

I’ve been investing with Dan and Jez since 2022 and for what they do it’s well worth the money. Dan’s architectural knowledge definitely helped as the team spotted some defects that otherwise would have been missed. I’ve currently got two properties let out, haven’t had any problems and the whole buying process was smooth. Definitely would recommend to anyone

Really disappointed with the service. They only seem to care about their large sourcing fee. If you go directly to a local estate agent, you can buy the same property without paying several thousand pounds to this outfit.

Has supported me from sourcing a property up until the completion date. Always answered my queries and remedied any blockers with solicitors, etc. Looking forward to working with them.
