I was looking for a quality PC build without paying for 'brand' at one of the mainstream stores.

I looked around at a number of options and read reviews on multiple sites.

I found KP on Google, then Facebook and was encouraged by what I read.

I sent an initial message and got a really good, sensible, response quickly.

We then exchanged a number of messages, changed the spec and the build a number of times. At each stage the communication was very good.

Once we settled on build and paid, the speed was very good, communication excellent and then got it delivered to home, including all of the component boxes.

It's early days on the build, but my daughter is very happy. The build is very quick, very quiet and well specced for the future.

I fully recommend reaching out and seeing if there's a good option for you.

I messaged asking for a pc that could run the games I wanted to play within my budget and they were so helpful, answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted in the pc and kept me updated through out the whole building process. I’m so happy with my pc and will 100% use this company again!

Karl has helped me for a few weeks to troubleahoot and then upgrade my PC. He did several component reinstallations, working around my schedule and letting me know whenever anything relevant came up. This was my first experience going into pc gaming as I’ve always wanted to try it but the problem is that I had no idea where to start but then I heard of kp-pc builds of someone that I knew and honestly couldn’t be any happier with the service I got with Karl!, he helped me pick out a pc that fitted my budget but whilst also being the most premium parts and got the pc built specially for you!, they are by far the best company for price as most parts are actually cheaper than most pre build sites, the overall time it took for everything to get made aswell was really fast and was sent out within the week, even when I had the pc in hand, Karl was very helpful into getting everything plugged up and went through step by step on how to get your pc set up, I honestly could not recommend someone more than this business as it is definitely the best customer service I’ve had and will definitely be using their service again!

Karl was quick to answer my questions and advise me on things I was unsure of. He also gave me a few different options to chose from within my budget. Top marks from beginning to end.

Honest about what I needed. When I said what I would spend, said I wouldn’t need to spend that to get what I wanted, saving me money. Gave me a timeline and honoured that without any issues. Product is now performing wonderfully

I really have no idea about PCs and wanted a decent level PC to run sim racing and a bit of VR. I was getting lost with the big online gaming PC companies so asked Karl to take a look at a rough spec I had, he recommended a number of improvements for a far more competitive price and built me up a fantastic PC which is totally beyond my expectations! The VR is a game changer - not sure I can go back to using a monitor!

Karl listened to what I needed in a PC and built the perfect machine. It does everything I need and more.
It was built within a few days, the shipping was quick and I couldn't recommend him enough.

As soon as we contacted Karl regarding a PC build for our son, we had a friendly and fast response. Our numerous questions were answered swiftly without issue and things were explained clearly so our son knew exactly what he was getting in his build. He wanted a gaming PC that won't need updating for some time and is quick to load and play etc. That's exactly what he has, and within his budget, thanks to Karl. Everything was built and tested so it's running perfectly, before being delivered personally in time for sons return from a week away, so son was really happy!
