First and last time buying here
If I can I will give this company less then 0, was my first order from this website, I buy a few items, but one item was not there, they don't send it. I contact the support by phone, they told me they can't do nothing, I have to write an email, I write an email for the support, they ask me if is there a backorder on my package, I send them pictures. And after that, after I ask for my item, or when they going to send it and fix this situation, they don't replied anymore. This is my first and last time buying in this website. If I don't get my item tomorrow or my money tomorrow I will press charges, in the police and a complain in kvk, basically everywhere. How incompetent people need to be to make mistakes like this. In all this years I order stuff online, this is the first time this happen to me. I don't recommend this website, only if you like to play lotto.
