DPD delivery is VERY SLOW !!!
HI. You ship it fast BUT,,, the DPD delivery was taken too long over week, 10 days. You can deliver the delivery by walking faster than the DPD delivery was taken.

Have just bought some items from KParts Holland and you've provided first class customer service.
I'd made a purchase, then realised that I needed another filter, so paid for that separately. The separate order had it's own delivery charge. No problem - it was my own fault thinks I...
A day later I got an email giving me a refund of the extra postage. You'd put all of the items together.
The delivery was really quick, on time communications about delivery time were spot on.
On opening the package, you'd sent a quality Beanie hat, key ring a sticker as well as the items I'd purchased.
Superb customer service. Very Happy customer.

Only one thing to add in your software
Only one thing to add in your software, the expected arrible date. Fedex took nearly a week to the delliver our purchase in the centre of Madrid.
Other could be to give support after the purchase, I asked if it could be dellivered it same day in the morning to you and Fedex and nobody answered. Seems that after the purchase the emails are not considered anymore.
I worked 40 years in a travel agency but everything is more software in our days.
