Happy with everything. Great that you do replacement parts for the shackles. Great bracelet, have had a few from you in the past. Better prices than anyone else that produces similar items. Great, fast efficient delivery.

A very comfortable wear
A very comfortable wear. Very happy to find they would replace a shackle for free after my shackle pin came loose and fell out.

Disappointed!
Purchased a bracelet from you had it a couple of weeks and it dropped to bits , you did replace it but sent the smaller size ,this was also replaced with the correct size l have found that the replacement is now starting to go much the same was as the first one so I don’t think they a designed to last.
Bearing in mind I only wear it occasionally so overall I am disappointed with the quality

I own 2 bracelets now from Kraken and they're both amazing in aesthetic and quality. The customer service is also incredible, I received a size that was slightly too large for my wrist and it was solved extremely quickly!
