Total scam paid £214 for keyboard,cable etc beginning of November 2025. Nothing received.They raised a shipping label with a tracking number with UPS but never despatched goods. Tried to contact them numerous times but never got a reply.DO NOT buy from them. If I could award no stars , I would

Keyboard mat ordered but product never sent. I doubt they’re even legitimate. No response to any contact so I have to assume it’s a bogus site. Please be careful.

I ordered 16th June, immediate withdrawal funds on credit no emails no shipping. Emailed 3 times for updates no response. Was for a present but totally missed that. If not in stock funds should not be taken till it ships! Order 23962 if Kracken even reads this.
The reviews of the keyboards are pretty good. But this site experience is sooo bad.

Fraud alert! Like many others I was fooled into ordering from this company on 20 dec 23 (#22394) No keyboard has ever arrived. I once got an email apologizing and promising I would get the keyboard within a week with a bonus. Of course none did and otherwise the company ignores emails. It is clear that this is not a case of a disorganized. They are obviously intentionally collecting money and not sending product on a certain portion of orders. i.e. this is just another theft scam. The fact that some people get keyboards doesn't change the fact that for the others it is theft given that the failure to send products to these (many check the reviews) customers is obviously intentional.

Ordered from them, money deducted from account and then... no comms at all. Chased a few times, but no reply. Really disappointed as the keyboards have received great reviews on PC review sites. This is not how you do business. Never again.

Scam, don’t order from this website.
Ordered keyboard 27th of November, money drawn right after and confirmation e-mail received. After that… silence. No keyboard, no tracking number, no answer to my contacts to the company. Don’t think they will ever send a keyboard.

Ordered a keyboard on 2nd December. the money was deducted from my account. Have since contacted Kraken 4 times and received no response. Have not recieved keyboard. VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM AND POOR SERVICE.

They dont responce then I write to them about a keyboard I have not recived. And there is no tracking info and there my keyboard is.

They dont write back.

They steal your money.

Never try to buy anything from them.

Awful company , take your order then create label so they can give you a tracking number, but they never actually send it! Avoid at all cost

Ordered keyboard mid November. Not received goods. Tried numerous times to find out where my order is but getting zero response. Appalling company. If the company reads this my order number is 20609. NOW BEING CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL £43 FOR DUTY/TAX AFTER ALREADY PAYING FOR SHIPPING

I’m very sad that I ordered through them direct and my keyboard is not functioning correctly. They say they will honor exchanges but I have emailed and called and have not heard back. This is over $100. I’m very upset. Do not buy this product!!!

I have ordered and mailed the company a few times where my order is, I don’t have any reaction or tracking I don’t know anymore what to do , they have cheated me for 150 euro.. never order from this company they steal your money
