I purchased PSN TURKEY account, and everything went fine at first, I gave them an email, and within a half an hour I received an account.
But for my surprise it was an UKRAINIAN account and not a Turkish one, and when I asked about it, they say that they currently make Ukrainian account for safety reasons.
Why not then change the listing to a Ukrainian account?
Why don't you say that when I purchased the product, but only when I asked?
After I wrote them, they said that they can make an Turkish account but I have not received anything from them..

We have checked your order in our system and can see that the status is still “Pending”. The reason for this is that we have not been able to reach you to deliver your Turkish account. The phone number provided in the order either has no WhatsApp account attached or the country code was not entered correctly, so we could not contact you via WhatsApp, which is how we usually send such orders.
