They don't deserve 1 star***WARNING - do not buy anything from this website - nothing but a scam. I too ordered a Nintendo Classic NES on 12/6/16. Website stated my order was complete but never received product. Trying to email or calling them is useless. Did report them to the Better Business Bureau but still out $100 :(

Ordered an NES Classic on December 7, 2016. No confirmation of purchase, no response to repeated inquiries. Buyer Beware. Don't ever buy a thing from this website.

I agree exactly with everything Zach Weekes mentioned in his post: this is a well-designed scam. I purchased two "hatchimals" ($180) for a friend's kids and after my bitcoin transaction had settled -- and to this day -- the web site order tracking still says the order is "on hold". To repeat Zach's assertions: when you call their number, you only hear ads, there's no way to get to a customer service rep. When I followed through with one of the ads, it went to another very sketchy service that didn't seem concerned that they were connected to a possible scam site. There's no visible address or owner information on the site. The web site has been around for a while, so possibly the domain was legit at one point and only taken over by scammers later. They have several good reviews, but most of them were written on the same day. They offer only high-value items that are hard to source elsewhere, and only accept bitcoin, which is non-refundable and anonymous.

It's hard to believe that people that can design web sites, set up a working businesses with phone numbers and advertising and transact in bitcoin can't manage to find a normal job and have to rely on scamming children out of toys for money, but there you have it. I filled out a complaint with the FBI, but haven't heard back yet.

This website is a total scam. Do not, I repeat DO NOT send this site any of your hard earned money. Like the reviews before me they will take your money, say your order is complete with an order number and then... nothing. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and none of my emails have been acknowledged. Try calling their number? It's just an endless loop of ads trying to scam you out of more money. I will be pursuing legal action at this point.

Ordered an NES classic on Nov 27. As of 19 Dec, still no product. No communication other than order received on purchase date. I attempted an email communication on Dec 17 with no response. Like the other frustrated customer, I called the number associated with this company and listened to 10 minutes of adds before I hung up. $100 bucks down the toilet.

This website, krazy-diskount, is not a trustworthy site. 2 products were ordered on Nov 29th, 11 days ago. Payment was deducted, receipt for payment was received, and order confirmation number was received. However, no shipping information has been received. The phone number listed on the site is full of ads; no matter how many you listen to or press 0 to skip through, there is no one on the other end for customer service. Emails have been sent as correspondence to check on shipping, however none of them have received a response. I feel as if this is a scam website and we have been a victim of theft.

Order a refurbished tv from them a while back. 1st one arrived with a damaged screen. Emailed them and they offered a pre-paid label and sent a replacement. so far the second one is running fine with no issues whatsoever. thank you!

Originally came off the eBay store to the site. The prices are a lot lower than the eBay listings. Shipped within 3 days. Arrived in perfect condition. No complaints so far.

My experience was so unexpected! I received the correct item but wrong model, and when I called, I was expecting to be given a hassle, but instead I encountered the most friendly gentleman who immediately apologized and rectified the situation. A new correct model was sent two-day delivery and a label was sent for me to send back the wrong item. I can't thank you enough for such a pleasant and exceptional experience!
