Brilliant company to buy from! I was really chuffed to find a last minute black Friday discount on a new MacMini M4... great price. Waited a little while for it as it was a configuration, but the people at KRCS were really responsive and kept me updated on the delivery. It's arrived and I'm so pleased. See you later, ancient MacBook Pro :-)

The Derby branch staff listened. I have had contact with the Derby store on several occasions recently and all I can say is that they listened and saw their customer. I wanted my MacBook repaired; they did that in a timely and polite manner and a reasonable price. I needed a new phone and again they listened to what I needed and matched me to not the top of the range but to the phone that best matched my needs.

I ordered a 256 Mac Mini which was delivered, but by then I wished that I had gone for the 512 model. The company arranged for collection and replacement. They could not have been more helpful.

DON’T TRUST A COMPANY THAT WON’T SPEAK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Had an issue with the delivery of my order. Tried to call but no one answered the phone. Managed to get an email response from Sam the online store supervisor who refused to call me to discuss the issue. As a result the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

Amazing experience would highly recommend this company. Next day delivery as written happy with my product 👍

Excellent price and good service generally, however it would be nice to have a bit more advance warning of a shipment date. Getting an email on the date of delivery could be inconvenient for a lot of people.

The ordering process was fine. But they must pay for the cheapest delivery service which means you can not change a date or anything else.

As the delivery was marked for signed for, I thought fine they would not be able to leave. But it was later I received a update with photo saying it was delivered. Which was a problem as it was not my cupboard.

So I contacted krcs and the response was as it had been delivered. It was not their fault and I would have to chase the DHL. I asked what I would have to do if I could not find the item. Again the response was it was DHL problem.

So I will not be using the company again

I ordered a Mac Mini M4, keyboard and mouse from the KRCS team on 17 December 2024 and they arrived the next day.
I was very pleased with the support from the KRCS team, professional advice and good quick response to my questions.
The Mac and accessories all work great and the KRCS team sent me a really good summary of how I can set up my new Mac.

Clicked in the tracking link and gave me an option to change the delivery address as I won't be in to sign for it. It did not allow to do this, so why give it as an option??
Didn't even let me change the delivery date either. So frustrating!

Bought a custom iMac through KRCS for the education discount. It was a rather fraught process and took over a month for me to receive my computer. The online portal doesn't really update the order progress and I had to call the customer service line to get updates on my order where the delivery date was repeatedly pushed back. That being said, the people I was in contact with were helpful and I only once had a brief wait before I was answered on the phone. All being said, waiting an extra month for my computer for a nearly £200 discount was definitely worth it, but if you don't have access to the discount, its probably best to buy through apple

If it hadn't been for the customer service I would have cancelled the whole order, Daniel the customer service representative solved the problem much earlier than expected.
UPS the delivery agency caused the delivery to be delayed by not checking emails.
Very grateful for the customer service my Mac mini m4 arrived ahead of schedule and works great.
4 stars just for UPS delivery company.

Ordered 2 apple watches as gifts 07/11/24. The order is yet to be delivered as the company has no stock. If there is no stock the order should not go through, if I knew I would have to wait over 4 weeks I would have ordered elsewhere.

Still nothing 23/12/24.

I bought a MacBook Mini during Black Friday. Two weeks later, the website said they had no stock, so my order was just on hold. The small amount I saved by buying from them and not Apple is not worth this runaround. This is false advertising; beware of their practices. No communication received from the company about this situation.

They take your money immediately and earn a return for up to 4 weeks. That is how I guess they can sell cheaper than Apple. My local Apple store has stock for collection now....there is no shortage.

Order cancelled...now I guess I will have to wait days before I'm refunded

4 stars because courier left the small box containing near on a £1000 worth of specced up Mac mini near our front door whilst we were away.

Initially had a problem with my order waiting over two weeks, this however was nothing to do with KRCS but purely down to UPS losing the parcel which to this date has not been found. A big thanks to Dan, Henry and Harry at KRCS for ultimately resolving the issue by sending a replacement MacBook Air out to me. I apportion no blame on KRCS as this issue was purley down to UPS who failed to deliver. Great price and friendly helpful staff who ultimately resolved my missing parcel. I've bought before from KRCS and this episode has not put me off from buying again from them.

I have been a longstanding customer of KRCS. I recently purchased a new MacBook during KRCS' Black Friday sale, which I personally think provide the best prices on Apple devices.

I was initially unsure on which item I wished to purchase and had initially made an order, I then requested a cancellation and placed an order for a different device. The whole process was very seamless and members of KRCS' client team have always been very helpful - Henry who I communicated with was particularly helpful and communicative.

The item I ordered was a custom order MacBook and the delivery time far exceeded my expectations. Will be buying from here again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant cannot fault the service. The courier DHL on the other hand! Their tracking app is crap & had to wait in the entire day as no specific slot was given, they should learn logistics from Amazon
