I have been a patient at the Kreativ Dental Clinic for 12 years and have always been very satisfied. The assessment and consultation is very precise. No unnecessary treatment was ever suggested to me. The treatment is human and of the highest quality and there has never been a problem. That's the reason why I don't want to go to any other dentist! Moreover, I would not have been able to afford such treatment in Germany or France. I can only say a big thank you to the whole team at Kreativ Dental!

This is my second round of treatment here; I have had crowns fitted on my front teeth and am due to have dental implants in a few months. I had a root canal treatment done 5 years ago, and my private dentist in Hampstead, London, was very impressed with the skill and precision of the work that was carried out - this is my primary reason for coming back. Compared to most UK dentists that I've been to, this clinic is so much more professional, honest, scientific and modern than the dentists operating out of run down houses in the UK. The customer service experience is fantastic and the dentists are careful and genuinely seem to have their patients interests at heart. During visit I was given a treatment plan that wasn't ideal for me (I really wanted to have my front teeth fixed as a priority) and they went out of their way to change the plan and make sure that I would leave this round of treatment with new teeth. I cant fault the people or the service at this clinic, however, the only negative things that stand out is that the waiting area is a bit worn and they really should remove those ripped up, faded old flag things at the front of their building which for me, brings the tone down a bit. The Danubius hotel - who they have a partnership with, is fine; it would be nice if there were dining options in the coffee shop/room service with soups, soft bread or mash options... eating cup noodle/soup from Spar for a week was a bit depressing... but other than that, I highly recommend having dental treatment at this clinic.

I started my treatment 2 years ago and finished it last year. I had very bad teeth and complex treatment: I needed some extractions, root canals, implants, sinus lift, bridges and crowns. I have to say I’m very happy with the outcome so far. I can eat again, including nuts, meat, chewing gum and crisps. I couldn’t eat any of these before my treatment. And I feel confident when I smile and talk.
I want to thank Erika Szijjarto, she has been an excellent link with my treating dentist. Anytime I had a concern I contacted her, and I had everything I needed: appointments, answers about the treatment, support and reassurance. My surgeon was Dr Lajos Patonay. A kind professional who did an excellent job with the extractions, implants and sinus lift. All very accurate and well done. After the surgery I had to wait several months to let it all heal properly. Then came my final dental work, done by my dentist Dr Attila Lesti. He worked from the beginning with Dr Patonay, planning my treatment. I was informed of the possible options and budget, and I had time to think and decide before starting any treatment. After the healing process, Dr Lesti proceeded with my dental restoration work. I have to say that I was NOT an easy patient. And here I want to mention the dental nurse Katalin Petruska who was so kind and supportive, I don’t know how she could hold my hand and still, do her work properly. When it was related to my teeth, I had a LOT of trauma and bad treatments behind, so I was very stressed and scared. Dr Lesti was very patient (very!) and kind. He did all the final work in around two weeks, looking after every detail. I learned that it is a complex procedure that will change your bite and your smile. We agreed on the colour, and I also wanted to change the shape of my frontal teeth (within the possibilities of your remaining teeth). I couldn’t be any happier with the result.
With such a complicated treatment, of course we had some small issues during the treatment. They always were there, took responsibility and fixed everything. Even after I left, I contacted Erika with all my concerns, she would ask Dr Lesti and come back with the answer.
I went back for a review after a year. After such a big restoration, I needed only minimal adjustments in my bite. That was all. I’m very grateful to everyone in Kreative. I can smile and eat again, which greatly improved my quality of life.

Dr. Toh Bernard did extensive dental work on me. His work was meticulous and professional. The dental assistants were so kind and helpful in easing my fears. I highly recommend Dr. Toh Bernard for your dental work in Budapest. I am very pleased with the outcome. The whole team including the receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. First of all I'd like to applaud Cristian Pilihaci (my dentist for the last year) who has provided top class dental care. If you get this man looking after your teeth, you won't be disappointed I can assure you. His dedication to his craft is all too apparent and it seems to me he has turned his dentristy profession into an art. The team assisting him are efficient and professional and explanations in clear English are given at every stage, although you do have to get used to conversations going on around you in Hungarian which can be odd and occasionally anxiety provoking.Tom Emmerson provides a great link between you (the patient) and the dental team and ensures that questions are answered should they arise. It became apparent to me that my case was not altogether straightforward but I was very happy with the outcome and cannot speak highly enough of this place. It is of course no surprise to me and quite sad really that the UK cannot provide this kind of service but these are the signs of the time. I would definitely recommend Kreativ Clinic to anyone seeking professional dental care and once again thank you. Oh before I finish one last caveat - do not like I did make the mistake of paying with your debit debit card. I was charged over £500.00 for the privilege by Barclays and while some would say that's my stupid fault - I think there's a sense in which you should be given a reminder when paying such large sums of money. Anyway bye bye Barclays after 27 years of being a customer. And to Kreatic clinic -Köszönöm!

I have been a patient of Kreativ Dental since 2016. My recent visit was a six month check-up following an earlier procedure to insert synthetic bone in my upper jaw.

On examination, my dentist, Cristian Pilihaci, declared himself very pleased with the results. This is what I expected but it was good to have this reassurance. The only treatment recommended was with a hygienist who carried out a deep clean.

As always, my travel and appointment arrangements were coordinated by Mary Flanagan and were flawless.

When friends ask me why I go to the trouble of flying from the UK to Budapest for dental treatment I tell them it is for the outstanding quality of the treatment I know I will receive there. I always see Cristian Pilihaci who greets me with a warm handshake and explains everything in very understandable terms. I have total confidence in his skills as a dental surgeon.

In fact, all the Kreativ staff I have come into contact with over the years have demonstrated similar standards of high quality customer service be they dental assistants, receptionists or patient care managers notably Ivett, Noemi and Tom not forgetting Peter the driver courier.

Finally, I never tire of visiting the historic city of Budapest with the highlight of my recent trip being a performance at the Opera House.

In 2018 I had a broken bottom bridge I was told could not be repaired, and then I saw an advert for Kreativdental in Budapest., and the rest as they say is history. I made my first visit in June 2018 and was introduced to my dentist Dr. Bernard Toth. Everything was explained to me in a very considerate and professional way and although terrified I agreed to the treatment which was a roaring success. I was given a full bottom bridge and was in tears when I saw the finished result. My smile says it all.My husband followed suit and had top and bottom bridges. We cannot praise this clinic enough, we were treated with dignity and compassion throughout and it was the best move we ever made. We are more than happy to return every year for check ups and hygienist cleans and sincerely thank all the staff who were so helpful on our most recent visit and we love Budapest.If anyone reading this is thinking of giving Kreativdental a try I can only say go for it. You will not be disappointed.

I accompanied a friend, who was having a check-up following extensive work, with the intention of having my teeth cleaned and checked. Following xrays I was recommended a deep clean to remove plaque extending under my gums. I was asked if I was contented with my teeth otherwise, and was not put under pressure to have any other treatment as I had no tooth pain and no problems eating. I had concerns regarding local anaesthetic as I react to it if it's injected quickly. The dentist, Dr. Bálint Török, was very careful to inject slowly to avoid any reaction and treated me kindly throughout the procedure. So far my gums are feeling fine and I am glad I took the opportunity to have the treatment to help maintain my own teeth for as long as possible. I was given exceptional support by Erika as I was very nervous about having the treatment.

Having my first experience of Kreativ Dental Clinic in 2019, which included three implants along with associated bridge and crown work, I had no hesitation returning for further work this year. Due to age related decay, it became apparent that I needed five further implants. In order to ensure the best outcome, all previous crowns and bridges were removed and everything was cleaned and prepared for total reinstatement. Part of my decision was guided by the new enhanced porcelain finish that was now available, along with the option of all teeth being even in colour and style / finish. A further decision included the ARCUSdigma II bite alignment, the results of which have seen an excellent final bite with the new teeth. The colour was also a couple of shades lighter than my original teeth and looking superb as well as natural, without being the Hollywood whiter than white look. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the outcome, at a price that is some 50% less than would often be found in the UK, although even at the same price as here, I would still choose to go to Kreativ. The other bonus in doing so, is a great opportunity to visit a fantastic city whilst having your dental treatment!

The icing on the cake for me, came yesterday, when I had my first appointment with a new private UK dentist. He was non-stop with compliments and praise for the quality of the work and treatment that I had received, also saying "it is the best work he has ever seen in many years of dental work", He also asked for details about Kreativ as he would also be keen to travel there for himself!

Don't hesitate if you need such treatment, they have my wholehearted recommendation.

Similar with some other clients’ experiences, they did not ask me how much budget I am looking for. Instead, They sent to me their list of prices, advised me to fly over to Budapest for a consultation to come up with a plan and prices.
During my 1st day of consultation - we were picked up by a car from the Danubius Hotel (Kreativ and Hotel Danubius work together??) with some other clients. Then we were taken to the Kreative Clinic. Initially, clients were given some personal and medical declaration forms to fill out. Thereafter, I had a dental xray before I was physically assessed by a dentist. In here, the dentist asked me what would I like to be done for my teeth. Afterwards, he also informed me his suggested procedures recommending about general dental restoration. Then, I was turned over to a lady who explained to me about their proposal treatment plan. On their plan list, I immediately noticed lots of suggested treatments with corresponding prices of which most of them are my non-priorities. During this process, I felt that more of their proposal treatments were for their business interest than for a person centred plan; my proposed treatment price came up to a sum of more than £10,000.00 divided into 2 separate payments in 2 visits.

In the end, they agreed with me to do a more priority treatment that I really needed which was a 2x2 fused crowns on my front upper teeth. I had noticed on their facial expressions/body gestures that they were quite disappointed for having not agreed with their treatment proposal.

During my treatment, I felt that I was never treated holistically as a patient. The male dentist who carried out the treatment with his dental assistants - they did not inform me the procedures that they were doing. They were having conversations in their language. They did not even provided me with a visor to protect my eyes against water spills and tiny debris coming from my mouth.
Furthermore, after they had fitted my temporary teeth, the dentist handed me a pain relief without giving detailed information about the medication. The brand of medication is written on their language. I googled it and I found out that it is a NON STEROIDAL ANTI INFLAMMATORY DRUG yet the Dentist never gave advices such as not taking the meds with empty tummy; never asked if I have gastritis or peptic ulcer; am I at risk of bleeding? This is very unsafe and unprofessional for a dental doctor to not inform patients about medications to take.
Finally, at the fitting stage, although I was given a contract to sign if I was happy with the outcome, I felt being rushed. I DID NOT LIKE MY TEETH AT ALL. Teeth have a wide gap in between. They are not aesthetically done as I expected.
UK CAN BE EXPENSIVE BUT UK HAS A WAY MUCH BETTER PATIENT CENTRED APPROACH. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL.

I have just finished my second lot of major treatment at the clinic. First travelled to Kreativ Dental approximately 5 years ago to have, amongst other things, Crowns fitted to my top teeth plus root canals and extractions. My top teeth were very crooked and I had a number of ugly amalgam fillings.
On 14 July 2023 I finished my second lot of treatment to my bottom teeth which again included root canals and crowns. I now have both top and bottom teeth which look amazing and I can now smile with confidence for the first time ever.
The treatment I have received has been second to none. The clinic is first class in every way, from the expertise of all staff, including the lovely reception people upstairs, the dental nurses and dentists etc. to the cleanliness of the buildings etc.
My patient co-ordinator was Tom Emmerson. If I had any queries, they were answered straight away. He does an excellent job and nothing was too much trouble.
I can’t praise the clinic too highly and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Going to Kreativ Dental 5 years ago has been a life changing experience. If you wish to have an amazing smile, you won’t find better.

I really cannot praise this clinic enough. Their focus on customer care and customer service is quite simply outstanding, matched only by the quality of the dental care received and the work of the lab techs.
I have been travelling to this clinic from the Uk since 2015 and to be honest I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Nothing is too much trouble for them and most importantly you don’t get ripped off!!!!!
Special mentions to Tom and Erika for looking after me so fantastically and getting everything sorted so quickly. I really appreciate it.

Kreativ Dental have at the end of this week (7th July 2023) completed my extensive course of dental surgery and remediation, which began in November 2022. I have found Kreativ Dental's facilities to be first class and their staff to be consistently highly competent and professional, Equally importantly, I have found all members of staff to be wholly polite, friendly and helpful. I'm now delighted with the end results of their dental work. So I'm happy to recommend Kreativ Dental unreservedly.

This company post fake reviews. I am from the USA and had good results 6 years ago but this company is now not reliable and finding they do not honor their warrenty on work. I made appointment with another dentist and he was excellent. Hungary has excellent dentist and that’s why I came and then bought a Flat in District 7. Love this city and country but this dentistry company is now non responsive if you have serious issues with their work. If using Dental Tourism then go and look at top rankings of top dentist in Budapest. Kreativ use to have ranking of #2 mostly but now this is not the case. So google top Dentist in Budapest NOT looking at their reviews as I can tell you they do not report correctly. Your decision. Look at the reviews they link in separate post is it odd that they are right at perfect 4.5 to 5??

The best ever Dental place where I have been so far. 2-weeks ago I had my implant done by them and I have to say, I really had a pleasant experience, if I would known it earlier how easy it is I would have done it sooner. They did explain everything perfectly before a treatment and also an after care excellent. Specifically I would like to say a big thank you to Erika with who I kept in touch during a whole time about the booking,transfer….Highly recommend them, if you go there you won’t regret it.

From arrival at Budapest Airport, where Kreativ Dental have an on site office, via the transfer to the Clinic in the City this has been a very professional trip. The dentistry examination and subsequent treatment at the business end of this Trip were even better ! Thanks to the team at Kreativ Dental for my shiny teeth and happy smile . Ps it was unbelievably inexpensive compared to Edinburgh .

Our Patient Coordinator Erika not only superbly organised our trips from and to the airport, our lovely hotel and visits to the Clinic, but she was always available to explain every part of the dentistry process in a clear and helpful manner.
The level of professionalism and attention to detail is way beyond anything I have experienced in the UK and at a considerably lower cost.
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Bernard who has transformed my teeth beyond my wildest dreams and since my return to England my family and friends are amazed at my new look.
As an added bonus I must admit that after several visits we have fallen in love with Budapest, a city which is steeped in both history and culture and well worth exploring.
I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Kreativ to anyone considering dental work.

I have had some implant and crown work and a complicated wisdom tooth extraction. I came this time for my 1 year check up, where everything was fine. They are so friendly and professional. I am anxious at the dentist and they worked hard to put me at ease and stopped whenever I needed. The quality of the work is excellent, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Incompetent. I attempted to have a filling done. Doctor used very minimal numbing cream which resulted in pain during numbing injection and trauma. Do not go to this dentist unless you have very basic needs. Would not recommend at all.
