Upon reviewing your order, we clarified our no quibble easy returns policy (which is also stated on our website) and confirmed that you could return your item and we could reimburse your postage on this occasion given your dissatisfaction, which we don't normally provide.
The alternative option we discussed was that you were considering altering the product at the local tailor. Naturally, if the product has been altered then we can not accept returns as it become unsaleable. But suggested, if you would like to keep the product and have it altered, we would give you a £5 discount off the cost of the product which you could use towards alteration costs.
In both instances, we were accommodating and provided you with suitable options. We value our customers and take feedback very seriously to look at how we can make our processes better.
