Click & collect service very efficient
We called Krishna sarees and Miteshbhai was very helpful and said Priya would contact me via whatsapp which she did within 5 mins, sent me pictures as we wanted a shawl for my mother’s funeral. She also asked if we wanted salwar suits which had slipped my mind due to what the family is going through and managed to pick these up. They only do click and collect. Very efficient and very happy with products. Thank you. Jsk 🙏

Inspite of Covid Lockdown. Delivery was swift.
Beautiful saree. Material description exactly as described and web pictures of the saree colour has been a good match with the actual item. The site itself is smooth and easy to navigate.
Kudos to Krishna Sarees for the swift despatch. The Saree itself came in a nice plastic sleeve.

I called Krishna Sarees yesterday, as we needed a Punjabi Suit for my mother in laws funeral. Nithin was fantastic and told me Priya would contact me with relevant colours and suits shortly. To my surprise Priya contacted me and offered a bespoke service as if I was in the shop! She immediately found the item in the colour we wanted and showed me some others on the website to compare. I ordered it by Special Delievery at 2.30pm and it arrived this morning in perfect condition. We are so thankful to Nitin and Priya, God Bless you Both! It has been a welcome relief.We will definitely visit the store and thank them in person and no doubt shop with them again in a happier situation!

Returned items due to unfit in exchange of bigger
Customer service with regards to return goods bad. The feature return goods on website not working. Sending emails not responding. It seems the system return of gooods make it impossible for customers to return unwanted good.

Arrived on time but Smelt awful
Delivered on time.
Items looked good as such but I was disappointed and felt that the items were old stock. We all felt a weird bad smell on almost all of the clothes (as of some disgusting pesticides). I had to wash all the clothes twice before I could remove 90% of that smell.
