Horrible Customer Service!!
It takes them days to reply a simple question and they keep closing tickets as "SOLVED" even if they don't answer that specific problem. I tried their "chat" which is actually a box where I fill up a form and it be sent to their ticketing system. I tried reaching out via email, surprise! It's going to be a ticket, which they will just close and not answer!!

Historically I was a fan of Krisp and have reccomended it to lots of clients of mine. However, their support process is slow and cumbersome.
1 - It took them days to reply... I am a paying customer
2 - When they did reply, it forces you to go into the support center to see the reply.
3 - You have to create a separate account for their support centre.
4 - All of the emails they send from the support system go to spam..

Requires access to your calendar to use
I tried to download the app, but it won't let me set up my account if I don't give it access to read my calendar. Why does noise cancelling software need that, and why is it not optional? Who knows, they might be selling your personal data or something. They also have some racist "accent cancelation" marketing on their home page.

Never give them your corporate e-mail
They ask for your corporate email, and if that changes, or you can't access that specific email because of being separated from the company, you can't roll your already paid-for months of subscription remaining back to your personal email. They're basically stealing your money.

Great product and great support!
Overloaded, delayed, too complex
Small delay between voice and camera is annoying. On my system I heard my own voice repeated over speakers, thus unusable. Microfon sound improvement is OK, but not outstanding. UI is unneccesarily complex and grossly overloaded, bordering on unusable, a lot of tidy-up missing. In summary, not recommendable.

It was good while it lasted. Now it is just an egregiously annoying app with useless enterprise oriented features. Oh well.

For what it is it's ok
For what it is it's ok. I don't think its worth the money there better alternatives out there. My biggest problem is their auto renewal. I had got a yearly plan and wasn't even given a notification for the date of renewal. Not even a receipt after the fact. Seems like you hope your customer forget they have it. Can't even turn off the automatic payments without canceling.

Unprofessional Technical Customer Service
I got extremely unprofessional and disrespectful customer service emails from their technical customer support, pushing to close the ticket despite not solving any of my issues I mentioned.
I used to use it for 4 years until I faced this awful technical customer service.

The product is great, the support is terrible
Krisp as a tool has been working great until it started repeating meeting agenda topics that are crossed out in subsequent meetings.
I contacted support and explained the issue and it first was told it is being looked into, but then they came back and tried to gaslight me into believing that it was always like that. This ticked me off as I work in software dev space.
What would be the use of old crossed out meeting Agenda topics? The follow ups and action items live in the meeting summary and notes.
I even offered some debugging and alternatives, something a business like this should appreciate coming from someone in the industry.
Support has now just stopped responding which is just further aggravating the situation.
Krisp.ai, take note, your product is only as good as the support that backs it up.
I work from home
I work from home. This app is parrot tested and owner approved! I have two African grey parrots, and they occasionally make a lot of noise. Also, I watch Spongebob Squarepants while I work. Krisp cancels out all of that noise and more. It costs $9.00 per month, which kind of sucks, but it is what it is. If it's your job, this app is WORTH IT!!!

The Trust was broken. But was good in the past.
I'm a user of krisp for years. It was very good when it was just a noise removal tool. But they started to offer many other things, making the app heavier and annoying.
The last thing was the AI tool that records a transcript of every meeting in their servers, regardless if the feature was turned off or I've never enabled it.
Now we have it out of the box on Macs or even in some paid video editing softwares, less intrusive.
