Great place and such great people ! The whole crew , from the consultants to planning team through doctors all the way to hotel stuff and even car drivers , go beyond to make sure u get the best experience ! I can easily say I gained not just a beautiful smile but new friends in Turkey and Kristal Clinic made it happen ! I am so grateful for my new teeth , and wonderful experience! I am recommending them to everyone I know and I can’t wait to visit again for my second appointment 💕

I wrote a review on social media in March about my treatment at the Kristal Clinic. What they did to me was terrible, and I'd like everyone planning treatment there to consider that this is a place where your teeth will be destroyed without any chance to communicate or fix what they did wrong. What they say about communicating with patients is untrue. Zero respect and communication. I went to the clinic with teeth in very good condition. I just wanted to change their color. Everything was treated, but many teeth were still without fillings, which was confirmed by an X-ray at the Kristal Clinic. After the X-ray, the doctor recommended only veneers on the front upper and lower teeth, and crowns on the treated teeth on the sides upper and lower. After the veneers and crowns were placed, the pain was excruciating. They said it would go away. After I got home, the pain became unbearable. The doctors there said that poorly fitting crowns could cause tissue death, and I should contact the clinic that installed them to quickly fix the problem. I contacted them and asked for help many times, but unfortunately, no one was willing to help. Then the veneers at the front started falling off. I contacted them again and described everything on social media. After this incident, but only after a few months, I received a message that the clinic would see me and check what needed to be done. I had already had the veneers glued here in London, where I live, and I paid a lot for this mistake. My right-sided teeth still hurt terribly. I couldn't sleep and was constantly on strong painkillers like Nemesil. Regular ibuprofen didn't work. The doctor in London said that the Kristal clinic needed to be held accountable as soon as possible. The first doctor at the Kristal clinic caused my tooth to die because the poorly fitting crowns were pressing on the tissue. After the social media scandal, the Kristal Clinic contacted me 10 months later and informed me that if I removed the negative reviews from social media, they would invite me for an examination. I agreed and went back to the clinic. They took another X-ray and removed the crowns due to the pain, as it turned out that my healthy tooth, never treated before, had completely died due to poorly fitting crowns. I was only supposed to change the color, but the Kristal Clinic destroyed my tooth. After They decided to perform a root canal and then re-crown it. They promised that this time everything would be fine, but the doctor who did it no longer works there. Furthermore, I wasn't satisfied with the color they recommended previously and decided I wanted the whitest possible shade. They charged me extra, even though my tooth had died because of them, and I had suffered so much pain that I could have lost all my teeth. I ended up paying an additional 2,000 pounds. Previously, I had paid more than 5,000 pounds. Unfortunately, it turned out that they had placed a veneer instead of a crown on a tooth that had been damaged and necrotic by them, and then treated with a root canal. What kind of doctor places a veneer on a dead tooth? Now my tooth is at risk of fracture, which will lead to a transplant in the future. Therefore, I need to fix it as soon as possible. Furthermore, the color they chose this time is a blue-gray because the lab used the wrong mixture of veneer and crown material. This is the expert opinion of London dentists. Furthermore, my custom-made tooth shape has been completely changed at the front and doesn't even resemble the previous one. I only wanted a slight change in shape, and one side of my teeth is a different length than the other. The doctor tried to fix it on the spot, but said there was nothing more he could do because the lab did a poor job. I'm extremely dissatisfied and deeply saddened that someone I paid and trusted deceived me like that. The clinic, in response to my pleas for help, brushed me off and ignored me again. That's why I decided to write again on social media. After my social media post, on March 30th, Mr. Ivan Gargol, my consultant who referred me to the clinic, contacted me and said he would contact the Kristal Clinic to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it's now April 9th, and no one has contacted me. I'm deeply saddened because I'll have to pay again at another clinic to repair what they did to me. I now resemble someone who bit a blue Smurf, that's how everyone comments about my teeth, and on top of that, I have a veneer instead of a crown on a dead tooth that was at risk of complete tooth loss. It was healthy and had no filling at the beginning of treatment. I'm devastated and financially exploited by this clinic. I should be happy with my smile, but I'm not smiling at all.

I recently visited Kristal Clinic for a dental cleaning and I’m very happy with the overall experience.
From the moment I arrived, everything was well organised and professional. The staff were welcoming and made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. The treatment itself was carried out with care and attention to detail.

I had major dental work done last year (2025) at a different clinic (Cevre) in Istanbul and had to return to try to undo some of what they didn't get right. I did a lot of research before choosing Kristal Clinic and I'm so glad I did. Everything: the Clinic itself, the equipment, the dentists and staff, my interpreter, my coordinator (Ted Abraham), the drivers who picked me up at the airport and hotel... were first rate. My expectations were high and I wasn't disappointed. Kristal has the latest technology and found issues that my local dentist, and even my oral surgeon (USA) did not. The CT/CB scans
were much clearer/crisper than the ones done prior to my departure and my interpreter explained, in great detail, what the issues were and what treatment they recommended. My dentist extracted 6 teeth, did a deep cleaning of an infected area, and put in 3 implants... in about 25 minutes! The only pain was from the initial anesthetic injections. The Clinic also presented me with an itemized list of what they would do and what it would cost before the procedure. I've had a lot of dental work done over the years but Kristal is simply the best. I look forward to going back for crowns in 4-5 months.

I must say the people all people at Kristal Clinic are great, they go over and beyond excellence. Give you example my luggage was lost I couldn’t find it so I went out to get a drive to hotel and went and got checked in had something to eat and they gave me a run back to airport to get my luggage. Great service and team

From the time I decided to choose Kristal Clinic they proved to be the right choice. I reached out to them and within 24 hours I had a response. My consultant was kind, informative and spoke English very well. He helped coordinate my trip for flight suggestions to hotel accommodations and insured the logistics were stress free. Arriving at Kristal Clinic- the first thing I noticed was how clean and state of the art the facility was. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. My Doctor explained the entire procedure to me before we began and answered all of my questions. I did a lot of research in crystal Clinic and the way the advertise I contacted them and I went there five months ago to do my implants. That’s my few years savings to fix my teeth. I went there and I did 8 implants and I thought they did a good job. Dr. Hadi did the implants so after five months I went for my 20 zirconia so I did find out. I have two implants on top of each other was done very wrong. It was for my back teeth, and two implants was in the bottom front was not installed correctly, so the install the zirconia with a big blob of plaster on the front of my mouth was also done very wrongly. Dr. Youssuf did not like what he saw in my mouth and tried to correct the problem but he says that’s all we can do. I really don’t recommend crystal Clinic for what they did to my life. I’m really really disappointed Esther. I did my teeth. I went back to United States and they have a lot of infections and a lot of pain. I went to the US dentist and he told me a butcher. Did this not dentist and it was not done correctly so I have suffered and I will keep suffering from their mistakes.

I have started my dental treatment at Kristal Clinic. My experience was great, the clinic organised everything for me transportation from the airport to a 5star hotel. A private driver was picking me up from the hotel to the clinic and from clinic back to the hotel. The staff was so nice at the clinic. The doctor was so good with a lot of patients and experience, he looked after me from the start of my treatment until the last day I was there, he wanted to make sure everything going well.
I can’t wait to go back in couple of months to complete my treatment.

I love my new smile. The clinic was impressive. They picked me up at the airport and brought me to a very nice hotel. And they drove me to and from the clinic. Everyone at the clinic was professional and kind and they spoke English.

Very bad clinic, my teeth are broken in 1 months, guarantee are not working at all, and plus they are not answering, I waited 2 months for getting answers.Please be careful when driver collect you , he is very dangerous.I was so scare . I will go to court, they must to answer that’s what they did.

I had porcelain veneers done. Doctors were informative and helpful. Materials has good quality and everything went smoothly. The coordination between the departments was also impressive. Airport pick up, hotel reservations and clinic appointments were right on point

The prices were fairly lower compared to UK. I did some research which made me sure that Kristal Clinic is gonna be the best option for me. everything went smooth and thanks to the great work you performed I smiled all the way back home. I suggest Kristal Clinic to people who want budget friendly/good quality dental work.
