The service as usual is brilliant but…
The service as usual is brilliant but the wig has changed considerably?
There is not as much hair, it is very thin around ear tabs and hair line and the lace is very flimsy now, just feels like a totally different wig, such a shame, I have bought around 5 and won’t be chancing it again.

I'm sorry to hear you are not entirely satisfied with this wig you received on this occasion. I am surprised to be hearing about this first via your review as I have not received any correspondence from you otherwise with your concerns. That would have given us the opportunity to discuss this and address the areas of concern with the manufacturer.
Wig/topper/hair piece manufacturers can allow for a 5-10% variance in density, weight, colour distribution and wave pattern between pieces, particularly when elements of the piece have been hand made/hand tied during production.

I had a great experience. Krystina is so lovely and professional. She made me feel comfortable and well looked after. It was great to see the colours of the hair in person. I would highly recommend going to see her.

Very happy with the hair topper
Very happy with the hair topper, but I had no reply to my email or phone call, topper arrived in just over a week so was quite quick. I would have given 5 stars if communication was better.

I can see that your order was dispatched 3 days after you placed your order as we were able to order it in quickly from the supplier.
In the current climate with many items out of stock and on long back order due to Covid effecting factory production, it was good that your item was in stock and available so soon.
I can also see that you did email us on the day of dispatch asking for an update on your order so there was some crossover. Due to the high volume of orders and enquiries we receive it can take us a few working days to get the current stock status on orders and update our customers accordingly.

I am very disappointed because I asked questions which were not answered about the wig sizes I understand some wigs and makes are bigger fitting, the wig I ordered is too small. Having tried to contact you again, you refuse a return or refund so I have just wasted my money!

We did not receive any queries from you regarding the item in this order, however, I do recall our communication in February when you let me know your cap measurements and confirmed you are a large cap size. You informed me at that time that you would stick with toppers for now until you can try some wigs on, being a large cap size. You then went on to place this order with us for an average size cap, which of course would be too small for you.
We do urge, as per any online purchase from any retailer, that customers take the opportunity to discover important aspects of their purchase, such as the returns policy, before committing. You agreed to these terms when you placed the order.
We do offer online consultations to assist customers in making a choice before purchasing. If you like to use this service in future please contact us to arrange an appointment.

Fast delivery, great product and good service
Very pleased with the item I ordered , the service, and speed of delivery. It is worth noting though that If you are VAT exempt you need to register your details and they need to approve it before the VAT is deducted from your order automatically (that takes around 24 hours). Having said that, I did it all wrong and they still refunded my VAT thankfully. Very helpful and I would order from them again!
