I ordered two items at the start of November 2023. No where was it stated that the items were preorder only. This wasn’t the issue. I had to wait 8 months before receiving my first order which I had to chase up by emailing every month. I never received my second order, which resulted in me getting refunded. The company didn’t care or acknowledge the fact that I had been waiting a year for my order. I had the worse experience and will never order from the website again. I still don’t understand how they can sell items that they don’t plan on having any stock of for a year. The item that I eventually got refunded was on Amazon which doesn’t make any sense due to the company informing me that the item hadn’t been released yet. I believe they just comply forgot about my order and gave me excuse after excuse.

My item was delivered quickly and in great condition. Some items are a little too pricey though.

Great company as always, had to email to confirm something and they replied straight away and where super honest and helpful with my enquiry. The funkos themselves are as great as ever and are always upfront with damages to boxes of the funkos which is helpful for those who collect in box. Would recommend this website to anyone who wants good quality funkos etc.

I received my package today. All the items were nice; however, the outside packing had wholes in it and the box was beaten up. Thankfully the Funkos were safe.
