Item arrived extremely well packaged and quite quickly. Spoke to customer service just to check that everything was okay, as it took a little longer to ship. Customer service was absolutely so helpful and very nice; item shipped exactly as I was told. Absolutely will shop with again! Cannot recommend enough!

Purchased a Pop Vinyl that was already in stock and not a pre-order so it was very quickly dispatched and at my door. Packaging was also very secure with no damage to the box or the item inside. Could not be happier with the service, thank you! Will definitely consider purchasing from Kronen Pops again in the future.

safely packaged, took a little while to arrive but once dispatched it was delivered within 2 days. the pop vinyls came in great condition. great service and will definitely buy from again :)

It's good and the funkos always come in good condition as well as really good comunication if there was any problems.

Pops came in great condition. Prices are fair and customer service (over instagram) were helpful.
Pops did take a while to arrive but they were a pre order so cant complain. Only issue is delivery was a bit pricey (may have been charged twice for delivery even tho all pops arrived at once) but still a great deal for the pops i bought.

It was a delayed order. But they ibform you about it early and they make sure that you will receive it eventually. 1.5 month delay its along time but the service they have for informing you its excellent. Therefore 4 stars is rly accurate! Thank you for my chase Pop figure!!!

We had an issue with delivery dates but they responded to my email quickly and came up with a suitable alternative and did not charge us anything extra. They were very prompt in reply and helpful

Ordered 2 pops, their anticipated dates were wrong but I I'd checked other sites who had more accurate dates so they did arrive when I was expecting them to at least. The latter was one of the larger VHS cover ones and their default postage labels didn't cover the cost so I had to pay an extra 3.50 to pick it up from the post office depot. You have to pay for the postage anyways but there is an additional handling fee so not ideal.
Hasn't put me off using them again if I need to, but there is definitely room for improvement in their operations.
Edit: upgraded to 4 star after receiving below response and additional postage refunded.

Seriously the best packaging ever for Funko's. Arrived in free protective cases,which was good because even though there was fragile tape all over the box it still arrived dented,but the contents were perfectly protected. Plus the amazing prices..will definitely be ordering again.

Super lovely customer service - I checked the stock levels before buying and Dan was lovely, polite and answered my question.

My order arrived nice and quickly, in perfect condition. I shall be back to buy more!
