Coworker vouched for this service, I can too
Coworker vouched for this service, and I decided to try it out. Definitely better than sketchy links or free ones that have links get broken, and definitely beats paying an arm and a leg for cable/streaming services.
That said, I had a minor issue at first where my service wouldn't load the content. I reached out to the chat and maybe 2 minutes of conversation and it was fixed. If you have any issues, just use the chat and you're good to go.
Looking forward to continuing to use this service for many years.
Stay away from them
Stay away from them. No proper support service. I have been waiting for 4 days to resolve a black screen issue. There support people are rude. Quick to take your money and then dont care further.

I subscribed to this IPTV and it said I had 7 days to cancel and get a full refund! I cancelled the next day as I did not like their menu or the app. I have sent over 12 emails and text messages. I opened a ticket and was told my refund would come in 3 days. I asked how it was going to be refunded and got no response. All of a sudden the ticket is closed. No email back or refund has been received. I will continue to post this everywhere until my refund is received!
Update: after several more attempts to contact anyone with regards to my refund, my account no longer exists and every single submission made to their support was deleted. They run several businesses from the address on their website. I will now target them as well.

first they called themselves seven layers iptv.... suddenly there is no more service.. and ... voila... now they are Krooztv but you need to subscrive again....so you talk to a pseudo '' roman'' and he tells you first that they owe seven layers .... thant ''roman'' resert the account.... thann a week later same thing....no service, so i write back...the same roman is writting that they are not togeter and block me.....thiefs....so buy 3 month plans if they pull a '' roman that you waste less money

Constantly buffers. It was good the first year and now you constantly have to turn your TV off and back on to reset and hope it works. I will be finding another provider.

Great customer service. Easy app install and excellent channels, movies and series. The quality is great and even better than any cable company out there. Great customer service
Great customer service. Very quick to respond and will help you to get new service. To those that keeps freezing up is usually because you either don’t have a VPN on or your ISP is throttling you. I have not experience any buffering on my end so far, and if I do I am sure customer service will handle that for me really quick. It is not cable.

This is the worst! I tried the free trial. It keeps freezing and buffering and I have high speed fiber Internet. There was no epg. Customer service is so rude. I contacted them and asked a question about their affiliation and never got a response. I asked again later and was given a rude response. I will not get service from them. Do not waste your time with them.
Tried for a week, Worked for an hour
Even with a fast fiber wired connection the service is terrible and keeps freezing and crashing while streaming on any device. Useless consumer service who play games and have you reconfiguring your app every day because they can't set anything up right. Having just used the service for a week, experienced more than four technical problems. I have already requested a refund many times but after any mention of refund or compensation, they cease responding. I am aware that it is not a problem on my end. The business is not headquartered in the UK as stated, the address on their website is the London Eye, a popular tourist destination. This is ridiculous.
Terrible Service
Terrible Service, Constant Freeze Up while streaming (even with 100Mb wired connection) on different devices. Constumer service is fast but useless. Asked for refund and cancelation 3 times now after 3 seperate instances of technical issues, I have only used the sevice for a week. As soon as a refund is mentioned or compensation is mentioned the support team stop replying. I am a professional and know that its not an issue on my end. The service is not based in UK as claimed, location is visibly set to the London Eye (a tourist attraction), how outragious.
Absolutely terrible
Always something wrong with this service. They say server is being replaced then the panels are in need of repair. Every day I'm contacting them for them to repair something. When we first purchased Krooz it was great,no problem with anything, then it all started to unravel. Had this service since the beginning of June and am so pissed at myself for purchasing this garbage for a year.Even asked for a refund but was told NO only that they would extend our service after it is working again lol.STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!
Thinking of going elsewhere and paying again for a service that actually works. It's better then driving myself crazy trying to deal with these people or now they use AI instead of direct communication. We'll in my opinion anyway.
