Highly recommend! Outstanding service, amazing staff, and a great experience from start to finish

From my very first consultation through to the procedure itself, my experience with KROWND Mermaid Beach was outstanding. Every member of the team was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring.

The procedure went extremely well, and it was clear that the team works together seamlessly. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and teamwork made the entire experience comfortable and stress free. I honestly couldn’t fault them.

I’m now three days post procedure and wanted to let the team at KROWND know how grateful I am for everything they’ve done. Thank you to everyone involved for your amazing care and support throughout the entire process.

I highly recommend KROWND Mermaid Beach to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Krownd the only option for men's aesthetics!

I had a great experience at Krownd thanks to Karson, Dr Alexa and the rest of the Krownd Team!

I had a hair procedure done and from start to finish Kason was incredibly professional, easy going and attentive to my experience and recovery. Filled me with lots of confidence both before and after and just an all round great person to have help you through something like this.

Likewise, Dr Alexa also gave me lots of confidence during the procedure as you can just tell by listening to her work that she has a great deal of experience and knowledge and knows exactly what she's doing. She is also really down to earth and human (which can be hard for some doctors) which I found comforting.

The rest of the team were amazing too, all being very friendly and professional throughout, making the procedure a lot less daunting.

Just an all round great experience and couldn't be happier!
