TERRIBLE DONT ORDER DIRECT FROM THEM!!!

Tried to purchase a grinder from them as the product itself is really good however the website/company is absolutely awful. After I purchased the item I received a confirmation email but that was it, they never sent the item out and when I tried to email to get an update I never received a reply, I even emailed both of their contact emails to no avail. Just glad I paid through PayPal because that was the only reason I got my money back, when PayPal tried to contact they got no response either.
