Bought stuff from them more than once never had any issues with quality, multipacks has great prices.

Bought eye shadow via eBay items arrived over half empty asked to return they agreed packed it up sent it back to there address given which is there business address so ie correct address ! Then had email from royal mail saying this company had been in touch with royal mail to say not to deliver my parcel there ?!? But this is where I was told and given a label to print off and post back to ! They sell half filled make up goods also on eBay they need kicking off eBay so I don't have the item they STILL have My money ! But they won't take the return back ! Discusting company no wonder so many have resigned there ! Will be passing all my details on to the bank sort a charge back out asap.

Contacted them twice about the item not being delivered. No response to either. Luckily I had paid by PayPal so I was refunded my money.

AWFUL. Brought a defective item on eBay from them - it was a complete waste of money. I returned it and they denied receiving the item back and did not get a refund. Rip off.

Haven't received my order and I can't get intouch via phone as they only have an email contact. Order is late and received a message to ask how delivery was when I haven't had anything! Would not recommend they have not responded to my email and I haven't received my order at all I'm really annoyed!

I should have been wary of this company given its poor reputation. I ordered a three pack of items and paid almost £7 for next day delivery, and only got one in the mail. I emailed them to inform them of their mistake and told them that I wanted a refund, as I had ordered for next day delivery because I needed the items before I left home for a trip. They ignored what I had said and emailed me back to say that they were sending the other two items. I said that this was not okay but they did it anyway and I’ve now had to open a PayPal dispute for a partial refund. This company is disorganised, unreasonable and fraudulent. I strongly advise avoiding.

My first use of Krystaldirect. I ordered Gillette razor blades. The price was excellent value for money. Delivery by Royal Mail tracked was prompt. An excellent experience all around.

I had to chase my order, which eventually arrived.

Delivery - very quick, quicker than advertised
packaging - great - just enough, and the right stuff

I was looking to buy some more of my teenage sons favourite shampoo / conditioner - a product called Loreal Elvive extraordinary oils CLEANSING curl nourishing conditioner - this is actually a shampoo and conditioner, designed specifically for arfo hair - and although my son does not have afro hair as such, it is extremely difficult hair and this works a treat.
I went to my usual place, boots, and although they had a similar product I noticed it was not the same as it was not in a pump bottle, otherwise I might have bought it by mistake.
I then searched amazon and all sorts of places, as my google skills are not the best, I just kept getting hte wrong results until my son showed me how to search for specific words and the only places I could find were a salon in London, Amazon and Krystaldirect.
The salon in London only sold to you in the shop so that was off the table.
I considered buying from amazon, as I have successfully done many times, however they were charding nearly twice as much as krystaldirect.

I checked on my trusty trustpilot but there were no reviews.

I was feeling lucky, their website looked reliable and professional, and the only other downside was that I needed to buy 3 bottles as once, but in this instance, until number one son changed his mind, I was not looking like having oodles of choices the next time he wanted some.

on the 27/06/2016 I bought the 3 bottle pack, fingers crossed, DPD delivery was offered, and I cannot remember exactly but I think they advertise a 5-6 day delivery schedule.

It arrived in just 3 days

The comms were great, email upon order, email on dispatch, email with tracking code, text with day of delivery, AND text with hour of delivery - what more can you ask for - oh yes, there was even an option to text or go online to change the delivery day, or leave with a neighbour or in a safe place - ideal, full marks on dispatch and choice of courier there.

The three bottles arrived in a very sturdy box, bubble wrapped, and not too much of either.

I have only shopped with Krystaldirect this one time so far, so cannot comment on reliability, but will update this the next time he wants that product.

So far, very happy I took the leap and trusted this company.
