Simplified Chinese Gem Pack Vol 3 B. Boxes were packaged extremely well and received in pristine condition. Receive some xtra goodies which was appreciated! Pulled Ceruledge/Arven & Morpeko as well!!!

The transaction was quick and simple. Fast shipping as well, when I got my order I found some extras and freebies in there box as well. Stickers and other goodies. The material for shipping was bubble wrap to ensure orders are safe from being dinged or dented which mine came in perfect condition so I am 100% satisfied.

Everything was packaged amazingly, I got the products I received and a free pack of cards, as well as some more freebies. Everything is in great condition and I will buy again sometime.

First time buyer: I had a great experience buying two booster boxes from Krystal. Great communication about shipping and products arrived rather quickly and safely. The extra little language cards and sticker were a nice little treat. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had buying pokemon product online and I would 100% buy again from this store.

As always, delivery of my order came in without any issues. Really liked the pulls from the Gem Vol. 3 box. It was fun seeing all the different foils of the cards in another language to boot. Will continue ordering from Krystal for any Chinese or Korean boxes for sure.

ABSOLUTE AMAZING SERVICE FROM KRYSTAL. WHEN I FIRST PLACED AN ORDER SHE IMMEDIATELY CALLED ME AND SAID A PRODUCT SOLD OUT BUT WILLING TO INCLUDE SOME PACKS IF I PLACE MY ORDER AGAIN GETTING A DIFFERENT ITEM. I did then instant shipped too in the next hour. When it delivered usps had an issue that it delivered to a parcel locker, which I don’t even have parcel locker and there wasn’t any key or notes for a locker. mostly human fault of the mailman. complained to usps and also let Krystal know, she instantly called me again and try to resolve it and also reassured that it had insurance and etc. then next day afternoon it arrived and when I opened it looked absolutely well packaged and beautiful and she did include the bonus packs along a thank you card and a pin. Absolutely amazing service and deserves more business. 100/100 customer service and products. THIS IS YOUR GO TO EVERYONE! We definitely do not recommend this seller as Krystalkollectz is very unprofessional on meny levels then just the one we mentioned but she and her team have been very rude and misleading to me and my children over a very simple communication issue due to her not being able to sell product that she clearly has listed on her site and blames us for everything, she has refunded us twice and both times has not held herself accountable or reached out to us for a reason on specifically why until meny emails later and at that point she was already pointing the finger at us and being very rude about us reaching out to her to fix the situation, she said that she tried to call and leave multiple messages but we cannot answer only by email we told her this and she didn't like that at all , then after we told her about this she had took off all the single cards off her site as if she couldn't do it her self and needed us to remind a businesswoman of this (if you can't sell sumthing at the moment it shouldn't be listed hello that is common business sense) she could have handled it way better but instead with bad communication and worse customers service it has turned into a very bad experience with them they have continually lied and have not held themselves accountable for there actions and my family and I will not longer be mistreated bye them as they have lost 5 loyal customers, what a shame on them, we will never be doing business with them again.
As we are not the first one's to have gone through this as you can see.

Ps. Be very cautious moving forward we had purchased from her before and we would never have thought she would treat us this way so be very careful this could be you.
