I ordered a fridge freezer on the 3rd March still waiting for delivery have been emailing daily no response. I was given a tracking number through Royal mail advised the company the postcode was incorrect which they did respond to and advised they would get corrected since then have heard nothing.
Absolute con I stupidly realised after placing an order for a fridge freezer this is a scam asked for a refund email was replied to said refund would be issued with 5 to 7 days 6 days in no refund given so I'm having to do a fraud claim through my bank absolutely gutted as I have a child who has a heart condition and my current fridge freezer is rusty
