HBS Pharmacy Salford

I have been treated appallingly by this pharmacy. I have written a formal complaint to them about their conduct. They said that they attempted to deliver my repeat prescription service prescription but did not leave a delivery attempt card. When I called them, they did not even apologise and tried to make me to come and pick it up. I refused bluntly as this is not the first time that they are playing yoyo with my medications. I was in on one occasion and the delivery driver said that he came but he never rang the door bell. I made a report and that delivery driver changed and followed my instructions. A new delivery driver now delivers for them and I feel that they need to train any new drivers. I have now changed my nominated pharmacy.
