Great no probs at all

great product delivered unbelievably quick. great value for money

Quality of the sign was very high! Looks great. Nice and modern. My only issue was with installation. I’m ok at DIY. Drilled the holes in the wall ok and got the fittings in but was at a slight angle. This made it difficult to align the fittings up. Got there in the end but I found it fiddly. Overall a great product.

Somehow my review hasn't gone live.So I write again to warn others.We were shocked when we received the item we are not actually not ordered. Even we picked the design carefully checked again but we received the sign like a few ants spreded on a piece of plastic. Send them an email but never get response. We felt like we are conned. Actually we are conned.If you think you will get what you see or what you ordered or will be heard afterwards think again.

Omg i can’t believe how efficient this company is… easy to order & prior to delivery came an email with instructions on how to open the product with fittings inside etc..

Rude and Unhelpful
I wish I has read the reviews before ordering over £400 worth of signage I would have not used this company half of 30 signs of the same style only 7 were correct and I was told it was my error and the computer was not wrong. I had to ring up as I could not see page two of my order so they had to adjust it from their side so computers do go wrong sometimes. When my order arrived and it was clearly wrong they totally dismissed my attempts to explain that I was only on one item and kept changing the number and adding to basket as I ordered plaques as room numbers for my hotel so they needed to be all the same so why would I come out of that item then go in and change the style I insisted that I only opened one item then just change the description to the room number I needed. They kept on insisting that I was wrong then he said he was terminating the conversation as he did not like my tone of voice. I see from these reviews that this behaviour from them seems to be repetitive basically accusing the customer of being ruse when in fact it is them that are rude and unhelpful so buyer be aware.

I initially struggled with the order and was not able to enter a different shipping and delivery address. However, the sign arrived very promptly. The sign is of a very good quality.
