Great house name plaque super fast delivery

Such idiotic customer service. Refusing refund for damaged item despite I sent it back at own cost. Customer service person now arguing that no sign on the recorded delivery. I sent it with 48 tracked delivery, same way that K Smart sent it to me. Never seen such idiotic customer service.

I’ve bought these signs for me and other family members, including the one where you can attach a ring doorbell
they are by far the best and the quality is outstanding ,and a bonus is the fast postage too
Every question I asked (( I had house name to be put on one )) was answered promptly within a hour I’m super pleased with this company ,, I wouldn’t go anywhere else ,

The sign is very good quality.it looks good on the wall. But it fixing screws are crap they damage very easily then you can’t undo them. You need to change them. ASAP

Recently purchased a house sign which had smudges on the mirror portion of the sign. Customer services were very quick in responding to the issue and advising on how to remove it.
On contacting them again on the smudge not cleaning, they straight away sent a replacement without charge.
Definitely number 'one' in customer service. I would order again without hesitation.

received on time in sturdy box well packed, easy to fit although i used the backplate to mark holes to windy to use template. i though it might look big a bit big but when it was fixed it was perfect very pleased

I misplaced the screws for my lovely house number plaque. I rang the phone number on my invoice a friendly guy answered right away took my order number and said he'd send them out. Rang them at 5pm the screws arrived next morning fast friendly service 10/10
